      Charged me $37 for something I did not agree to..I have no emails, correspondence from them at all until I see this charge on my credit card. They tell me to sign on to cancel and it has no record of me and then want me to provide them personal information by email only ****** told me the only way to have them call me is to sign on..which makes no sense.. scam at best.. also report to FTC..unethical

      I used FormSwift earlier this year to fill out an application. But used the free trial and cancelled in time to not get charged. I logged in today to check my account and it even says to upgrade to a paid subscription and that I have a FREE file upload to use that comes with the FREE PLAN. Today I saw a charge of $96 dollars on my card. Ive seen people have the similar problem with this. Not sure if this is a scam but Ill be filing a complaint with my bank. This is ridiculous.

      I signed up for a free trail of the software to fill out a single document. I never received a confirmation email of my trial, or that I had committed to a whole year of the subscription. On top of that, its highly suspect to not offer a reminder of the trial period expiring - along with no digital receipt trail to reference back to. Complete unwillingness of their customer service to refund - even though I requested the cancellation the same day the charge went through.

      In February I used Formswift.com to send two 1099s to the *** which was supposed to be a one time single charge. I noticed on my bank statement I have been billed and charged from FORMSWIFT.COM for $37.00 each month for 3 months. This is a deceptive business practice and I want my money back for the past 2 months billed which is $74.00.

      Hello, Similar to another I signed up for FormSwift to edit one document, and paid the $2 fee associated with it. I woke up today to a $96! charge from Formswift coming out of my account. This is absolutely ridiculous and very expensive. I logged onto their site and saw that I had a subscription somehow, immediately cancelled! I cant believe I was charged $96 for a subscription I didnt even know existed. I have never gotten an email or any contact from them confirming a subscription. This feels shady.

      This merchant provides subscription based legal document templates. I made a first attempt to cancel my subscription in December, 2023. Customer support responded that they were unable to locate my account information to complete the cancellation. Since that time customer support has stopped responding to my requests to cancel the subscription.

      While auditing our credit card statements I found a $37.00 for Formswift for the past 4 (and now its going on 5) months.Neither my wife nor I signed up for this service. Further we have ZERO email notices and or notifications from them.On 3/19/24 I contacted their support. They have taken additional information to try and track down the account and stop the billing however they have not done so.I have now sent 10 separate emails requesting help. I have requested that they stop the billing which we did not sign up for and for them to refund my $$.

      We canceled your account(s) and issued you a refund of $1.95, and $37.00. You will not be billed further.
