Does Anyone Know How To Cancel Or Stop A Groupon Campaign?

I setup a Groupon campaign a long time ago. I want to stop or cancel the offer. I log into the merchant account with no problems. I can see the campaign but can delete or stop. I do have an email for my rep at the bottom of page but "message wasn't delivered"? I did also call the help phone number 888-582-4354. When I call a just get a voice mail.

I am having the same problem! It's frustrating. They emailed me to resign and I have not. I am still listed!

Hello, to cancel a groupon you can go to support  in your account and chat immediately online scroll down and you will see support click on it and start chat .. , to pause it go to campaigns and on the side there are options on the side of your  campaign, select pause you can also email them at [email address]

They will respond back quickly ..

    I am having the same problem. Wishing to pause my campaign and cannot connect with customer service department. 

    According to terms of contract it has to be in writing. Prepare a notorized letter to send to the corporate office. Mail it so it has to be signed for when received. Print off off the email from your rep stating it is to be removed to go with the notarized letter if you've gotten one. Claim legal action will be taken if fhe promotion is not removed. This is starting to seem as though this is a common practice for them.

    What I posted was a link for Groupon's guide tha contains information on how to end campaigns which is the information you were looking for. I am not affiliated with Groupon, nor do I have an account with them, so as to help you any further. If their guide directed you to an outdated dashboard which sounds strange, it would probably be best to call them for help. Best of luck!

    With my last campaign I left 5 voice mails, none got answered.

    With this one I left one voicemail. No response. Two days later I called my support guy 5 times in a row, redialed instantly when the voicemail answered. He answered the phone on my 5th call.

    Try Calling this number xxx xxx xxxx ths is their inbound sales number and you can ask for who your representative would be now or just tell the rep that you would like to delete the account.
