Terrible service for providers. They match you with patients that you are not qualified to see due to licensing and qualifications regardless of what you put on your profile. Allow people to book with as many providers as they want and then each provider gets charged whether the person shows up to any of the appointments. Charges the provider even if the person doesn’t fill out all the contact and insurance information making it impossible to even have the first appointment. Scam service that does not support providers. Do not waste you time or money. Expect to get 1 out of every 4 people to actually be a real person that is looking to have a session. Not worth paying for four people and only getting one

I don’t often use my medical insurance but being over 50 I thought I had better get a check up. It was so easy and fast with Zoc Doc. I found a doctor who accepts my insurance and made an appointment for the next day. His 500 positive reviews were compelling. The visit was so easy and positive. Will return again next year.

Zocdoc makes it easy! Love the wide search range and insurance compatibility. Reviews help narrow down trustworthy doctors in your area. They do send one too many reminder notifications, however I did find that helpful in the long run.

They called me back before my scheduled time, Jasmine was very thoughtful and nice, and Dr. Stanton has a great vibe, he’s thoughtful and friendly, also confident and he doesn’t waste time. That’s much appreciated! Great place to go for dental care.
