Schedule a Lobby Appointment

Schedule An Appointment.

If you would like to make an appointment with our In-Branch representative, please fill out the form below. You ONLY need to make an appointment for the following services:

  • IRA’s
  • Mortgage/Refinance
  • Business Account/Loan

All other services are available for walk-in visits at any of our branches.

What to Expect:

  • Please select the “Type of Service” from the drop down menu, then select your preferred “Branch” and then select “Bilingual – Yes or NO” and hit “SUBMIT”
  • Please bring the required items when you come to the branch for the appointment that you choose. The list of items required for each of your appointment are listed below.
  • Please arrive 5 mins before your scheduled time. To provide timely service to all our members, we will hold your appointment 5 mins after your scheduled time. If you arrive extremely early for your appointment, you will be asked to sit in the car or wait outside the branch
  • PLEASE NOTE: To apply for a loan or open any new product or service you MUST have $100 in your savings account, applies to new members and existing members.

Items To Bring For Your In-Branch Appointment

It’s Easy – Avoid long wait times at the branch by scheduling your appointment at your convenience.  Below are the list of items you will need to bring for your choice of appointment.

Please note: Mortgage/Refi appointments are only available via Zoom / Phone.
You will need to know and be prepared with the following information for your appointment.
Purchase Mortgage – Recent Paystubs, 2 year taxes if you are self-employed, knowledge of how much you have in savings for Down Payment and Closing Costs.
 Mortgage Refinance – Knowledge of property taxes, home insurance, how much is your home worth and income

  IRAs

You will need an unexpired Government issued ID which has your current address.

  Business Account/Business Loan

1. Limited Liability Company (LLC)
Required Documents
  • IRS Letter
  • Business Operating Agreement
  • Certification of Formation
  • Business Registration
  • All signers on the business account need to have/open an individual membership.
2. Sole Proprietor
Required Documents
  • Certificate of Trade Name
  • Business License
  • All signers on the business account need to have/open an individual membership.
3. Non for Profit (Unincorporated Association)
Required Documents
  • IRS Letter
  • Minutes of Meeting
  • Proof of Non-Profit Status
  • Certificate of Formation
  • Business Registration

Remember, you can do your everyday banking using our Online & Mobile Banking services. Deposits can also be made by mail, mobile deposit, ATM deposit and branch drive-thru’s.
