Terrible customer service. No one seems to have any knowledge of how to assist me. I was charged a finance fee despite having a zero balance.

Using the card for discounts at The Children's Place is great. However, recently a package was delivered to the wrong address, and even though you inform the shipping company, they can't help you. You tell The Children's Place; they tell you to call the credit card company. The card company does nothing to help you but claims they "investigated." Since the package is marked as delivered, they consider it not their problem, and you are left with the bill for items you did not receive.

A really nice departmental store credit card. You can use this card for purchasing school clothes and updating your growing children in your home. You need to stay on track with your payments and make sure you have a good credit relationship with the provider of the card. Thanks!

I paid this off already. They need to remove this from my report. This is the second time I called about the account. It has not been a good experience.

They are still going to keep charging your card a $6 and some change every month and if you close the account, even when it is paid off it will have a negative effect on your credit.Trust the person review up above about how they will keep charging you...smh.....and it will reflect on your credit.
