IBC Bank Online Services definition

IBC Bank Online Services means IBC Bank Services accessed through the Internet on a computer and modem, a mobile device, or other access device with qualified browser software. “IBC Mobile Banking Services” means the optional IBC Mobile Banking Services accessed through a mobile device under Section 12, “IBC Mobile Banking Services,” of this Agreement. The term “IBC Bank Online Services” include IBC Mobile Banking Services. Your IBC Bank Online Profile will mean the list of the accounts which may be accessed through the Internet. Each Authorized Signatory on an account is jointly and severally liable for all transactions initiated through IBC Bank Online, including overdrafts, even if such Authorized Signatory did not participate in and/or authorize the activity that resulted in the transaction. This Agreement governs in conjunction with other agreements between Bank and you, including but not limited to your Depositor's Agreement (signature card), Deposit Account Agreement booklet, Account Services and Fees Schedule, Truth In Savings Disclosure, Electronic Funds And Automated Teller Card Agreement and Disclosures, and any loan agreement(s) and other Disclosures as applicable. If the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any subsequent disclosure or agreement, conflict with the terms and conditions contained in any other disclosure or agreement between Bank and you, the terms and conditions of this Agreement regarding Online Banking issues shall be controlling to the extent of the conflict.

Examples of IBC Bank Online Services in a sentence

  • You understand that the Bank is not responsible for any errors or failures of your mobile device or its software and is not responsible for any viruses or related problems that may be associated with your use of IBC Bank Online Services via mobile banking.

  • By agreeing to this Agreement, and by using the IBC Bank Online Services, you also provide your express written consent, permitting us to contact you as necessary to provide the Online Banking Services, including sending messages and notifications to any mobile device number that we have on file for you.

  • You have the right to withdraw consent by: (i) Contacting IBC in writing to IBC Bank Online Services, P.O. Box 659507 San Antonio, TX 78265-9507; (ii) sending your request via secured message through IBC Bank Online; or (iii) by speaking to an online banking customer service representative by calling your local IBC Voice number and choosing Option 7.

  • All of your eligible Accounts, including joint Accounts and business Accounts, will be available for use with this Service upon your acceptance of this Agreement and enrollment in IBC Bank Online Services.

  • When you accept this Agreement and enroll in or otherwise use IBC Bank Online Services, you agree to be bound by these Service terms.

  • In case of questions or errors about funds transfers or other activity from a checking, saving or money market account made through IBC Bank Online Services, contact us at a Bank location convenient to you.

  • You understand that you cannot cancel an immediate transfer, including an IBC to IBC Transfer (defined below), from your IBC account after it has been entered into IBC Bank Online Services and the information has been transmitted to Bank.

  • Through your active participation in IBC Bank Online Services, you consent to the recording and/or Data Capturing of the information and transfers you enter.

  • The applicable Deposit Account Agreement and IBC Bank Online Services Agreement, including specifically the arbitration provision, are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth verbatim.

  • Additionally, if you close all your accounts with us, you agree to notify us to cancel your IBC Bank Online Services.

Related to IBC Bank Online Services

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Special Services means all forms of services pertaining

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Corporate Services Provider means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company formed under the laws of Canada, as corporate services provider to the Liquidation GP under the Corporate Services Agreement, together with any successor corporate services provider appointed from time to time;

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Financial Services means those activities described in Annex VI. The Stabilisation and Association Council may extend or modify the scope of that Annex.

  • Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Mobile Banking Service means the EB Services which we enable you to access via the Mobile Banking App or a web browser designed for use on a Mobile Device; and

  • Internet Banking means the service we offer by which you can access and transact on a nominated account by using a personal computer and accessing via our website. This includes transactions processed through the mobile banking facility as well as the smartphone app facility.

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Mobile Banking means the banking services accessible from the Device you have registered with us for Mobile Banking.

  • Digital Banking (a) means our present and future online banking services which can be accessed through 365 Online, Business Online, Bank of Ireland Mobile Banking, and services available on www.bankofireland.com; and

  • Online Banking is the internet-based service providing access to your Bank account(s);

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Legal Services means services of a legal or financial nature and includes any part of such services, and for the avoidance of doubt, includes (without limitation):-

  • Maritime agency services means activities consisting in representing, within a given geographic area, as an agent the business interests of one or more shipping lines or shipping companies, for the following purposes:

  • Core Services means the services described in the Main Agreement that BNYM is obligated to perform for Company (for clarification: excluding the products and services provided pursuant to this Schedule C).

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;
