Merchants appreciate this app for its high-quality prints and materials, especially noting the vibrancy and premium feel of products. Its seamless Shopify integration and user-friendly design tools simplify product customization and syncing. The efficient fulfillment and shipping processes, along with responsive customer support, are standout features. Additionally, the app's global shipping capabilities and educational resources are highly valued for expanding merchant reach and easing new user adaptation.
I had high hopes for Printful, but the fulfillment speed has been extremely slow. Orders take far too long to move from production to shipping, which creates unnecessary delays and a poor customer experience.
If fulfillment time matters to you at all, I would strongly recommend switching to another app. Slow production hurts your brand, increases support tickets, and makes it harder to compete. Reliability and speed are critical in ecommerce, and unfortunately Printful consistently fell short for us.
There are better options out there if you value timely order fulfillment.

Integrating into Shopify is extremely easy. Just make sure you check that you've added everything you need too (title other than a generic, add the collection you want it in if you have collections etc). You can use their descriptions (which are nice), or if you want more detail use ChatGPT. This is so much easier than uploading it through Shopify itself.
