My Apple ID won’t let me sign into my iPhone but will let me on other devices!

Hello Apple,

My problem today is my iPhone SE will not let me sign into my phone, icloud, the App Store, etc. My Apple ID and Password are correct but it will not sign in. I know that it is correct because I use two factor authentication and it signs in perfectly into my iPad Air 2. I also can’t sign into the wifi so I am now using my cellular data. I tried to reset the network settings and powering off my phone on and off but nothing seems to be working. I can’t even try to do the software update because it won’t connect to wifi. Now I cant use any of my apps and all I can do is call.

Please help me ASAP because Im getting very frustrated!!!

I would check with your network provider that there isn’t a tower down or something. Regardless if your signed into your Apple ID you should still be able to connect the device to WiFi. I would also check your two factor authentication information and make sure the phone number or email that you use to verify are correct. Again, the not being able to connect to WiFi still leads me to believe its either an issue with the Network or the device itself. Have you done a hard reset on it yet?

whenever I try to sign in with my apple id it says verifying and then it goes back and sign out and it keeps going in a loop. Also my phone has been acting really glitchy and it sometimes goes into a black loading scree!

A hard reset is done holding down both volume buttons as well as the Home and lock button all at the same time until you see the Apple symbol appear. Try that. If that doesn’t work and you’ve already reset network setting then I would take it to an Apple store or call them to teoubleshoot
