Excellent service. Helpful and Good Value

Matt from Orange Matt breakers in Altringham, a subsidiary of Ist Choice, could not have been more helpful. He requested photos to match the colour and checked the part I needed was suitable for my model of car. The price was good value, the service was excellent and delivery was as I was told. I took the wing mirror to my garage yesterday and they fitted it. Thank you.

Excellent Service

I was a bit skeptical at first about the service but the service I got surpassed my expectation. Not only did I got a very competitive and good quote, I also got the right part for my car.

I would definitely not recommend anyone…

I would definitely not recommend anyone buying via 1st Choice Spares. I ordered a Door recently and it was damaged during transit and what ever we update in the site goes directly to the garage owners. I was informed some part of my money would be refunded but that hasn’t come through either. No one can actually own up and help as the garage owners are taking their own time to send the money through.

I continue to chase them for the refund and the door is sitting at my home without any use as the damage would cost be more than what they have refunded if it does come through. Poor website to order car parts.

Poor company use other search company

Poor company to use therd on the side of breakers I was sent incorrect part when it was returned costing me £12 . The breakers just make excuses and 1 choice went much help either there is other parts finders out there

Very helpful and dedicated

First choice were very helpful in my search for parts for my vehicle. They have a large base of part dealers and I was spoilt for choice. They followed up with the process of procuring the parts till the end. Great experience! Highly recommended!

1stChoice SUPPORTS SCAMMERS

Customer care doesn't exist; the system automatically forwards your messages to the seller and their messages to you. Absolutely no human word from the website's support, dozens of emails unanswered. Additionally, sending photos of the rubbish you received is nearly impossible; their Outlook blocks some email domains. After returning the rubbish at my expense, I couldn't get a refund until contacting the bank. Five weeks wasted, dozens of emails, stress associated with the whole situation. If you have any respect for yourselves, steer clear of this company.

Whoever responds to this review, my case number is Ref 19526913; don't tell me you're sorry because I don't care, don't be a hypocrite with empty phrases, no regards.

Beware of this rip off company

Guys, beware of buying from this rip off company. I bought a bad car engine from them and they asked me to do a video recording which i did to prove the engine is bad, afterwards, they promised to get back to me after the car engine was sent back to their company but refused to until several days later only to send me a video lying the engine was good. I requested for a refund and only for these thieves to deduct the delivery and collection fee. They purposely sell a bad stuff only to rip people off with delivery and collection fee. This is to let people aware and not to fall a victim like me.

Amazing service

Searched for a specific make of car door via this site. Sent a few companies to chose from. Picked one of the companies I got email from and spoke to them, gave the 1st Choice reference number, part ordered after requesting a secure payment method as advised by 1st choice . Part delivered to the garage address I asked for and turned up in time and exactly as described. Highly recommend using them

Hyundai i30 Number Plate Bulb Holder

Needed a number-plate bulb holder for my Hyundai i30 2011, didn't want to pay "stealer" prices so did a online search for 2nd hand car part suppliers and came across 1st Choice Spares, never heard of them before but the reviews were good so went for it. I detailed the part I required and after several hours got a text message advising that Heartland Spares based in Birmingham had just the part that I needed. The text message quoted a reference number, the cost of the part and the telephone number of the supplier. I called the supplier to confirm the part was available and when to expect delivery after payment. I paid the part using PayPal and after a few days the part arrived, fitted, tested and working. Thank you 1st Choice. Would recommend using if you don't want to pay dealer prices for your replacement car parts.

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking! I’ve now had an engine from someone this lot promotes that was absolute garbage! And now a gearbox that is seemingly not much better. Avoid at all costs! Seems like they are a cover for dodgy breakers that sell cr@p!

Stay well clear do not use your get…

Stay well clear do not use your get better parts from eBay used than what you would from 1st choice spares so it’s ok for the engine to turn up with a broken sump and snapped bolt in the head have photos to prove it

Looked for a second hand wing mirror…

Looked for a second hand wing mirror ..nearside for a freelander 2 ...2nd hand price on 2 replies were more than the part brand new ...from eurocarparts w.t F I doubt if getting a price a few days later will make any difference i was quoted 300 from 1 supplier and 330 from another 10 pounds delivery ...brand new from eurocarparts 254 inc delivery ...minus the glass 12 quid amazon 😁

Fords 4 U have strung me along!

I’ve had shocking service from Fords 4 U Ltd. I was sent a headlight which was broken when I received it. I’ve sent pictures of it. They promised 3 times it would be collected. Lies! No courier was even sent. Now they want me to post it back. There’s no signs of my money being refunded. They promised to send an email saying they’ll refund the postage .. even that has not appeared. What do I do now? Shocking company to deal with?
