Career Plug has helped me with out hiring needs for many years. The team is always quick to answer the phone and always with a smile! Heather did a great job helping me with my needs. She assisted me by helping me find applicants in my account that I could not see. In addition, she helped me activate an email to send applicants that we are sending to our pipeline. Not only did she walk me through the process, she also sent me a video that I could use as a reference later. There are so many things I appreciate about your company, your friendly and helpful team is definitely one of my top 3!

I have a call out to the owner of the company, they sent me to candidate satisfaction, have yet to hear a response.

I am moving through this software like a snail. Not intuitive. Too many clicks to move through workflow. I have been a recruiter for more than 10 years, am very familiar with a lot of software and have never had to deal with so many challenges.

Signed up 6 months ago and still have not resolved issues.

We have been using CareerPlug for almost a year now. It has dramatically simplified our sourcing of candidates. Easy to learn program and easy to train our managers. Works well for us with multiple locations in different states. They have customized parts of the program to meet our needs. CareerPlug has been a great tool for our franchise network. Not only is the platform easy to use, but it's also customizable to meet individual needs and has a range of process automation features! CareerPlug also provides various resources, such as research reports, blogs, and weekly live webinars, to help our franchisees improve and stay up to date on their recruiting and hiring practices.

I recently came on board with a company who had recently started using CareerPlug as an ATS. My background is working with small businesses, so rarely can they justify the expense, nor do they have the volume that would make sense for an ATS. I think CareerPlug is an incredible tool for the small business who is growing and wants to offer a clean, simple and professional tool to their hiring process. With each new bit I uncover in all that is available with CareerPlug's ATS and HR/Onboarding tools, I am completely wowed over and over again. It has been so easy to get myself familiar with in a very short time. The ATS is robust for my needs. The Onboarding side has been amazing. I am just starting to use it as an HRIS as I find the UI on ADP's run irritating. CareerPlug is refreshing easy to get around on. I can't say enough good things!!

I am a first time business owner. The recruiting system that I was instructed to use initially was an expensive nightmare. CareerPlug has been very accommodating. We have a standardized application for our candidates. CareerPlug went the extra mile to make sure that their system would accommodate our intricate application without changing the integrity of the documents. Any time there is a question or we're unsure of something there is always a live person on the other end to help when we call for support. CareerPlug checked in periodically to make sure that things were working well for us. They also asked for suggestions for features that we would like the system to have. CareerPlug has been very diligent in staying in contact with their customers and ensuring satisfaction.

In the last month I have gotten ZERO candidates. In the past I would get 4-5 per day. They always want to offer a call or webinar which I don’t have time for as I’m shortstaffed! Just improve the product! Rip-off
