How do I get information about my TD Go Card account?

You and your cardholder will be able to continue viewing your account information online at tdbank.com/tdgocard through January 21, 2022. After that date, you will no longer be able to log in to view your information, however our Customer Service agents will still be here to assist you at 1-855-219-8050 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Effective September 16, 2021, you will no longer be able to fund your TD Go Card. If you or your cardholder have any direct deposits being loaded to the card, please work with the provider to make alternative arrangements to avoid a delay in receiving funds.

Effective October 15, 2021, the TD Go Card program will be discontinued. This means your cardholder will no longer be able to perform any transactions with their TD Go Card. Please advise your cardholder to use any remaining funds on their TD Go Card on or before October 14th. If any funds remain on the card on October 15th a refund for their remaining balance will be issued to the TD Debit Card linked to your account by October 27th. If there is no TD Debit Card linked to your account a check will be mailed to the account owner (check refunds can take up to 30 days).
