Curios & chaos
The hazard turned out to be a faulty light in a curio cabinet. Having an older home, it's nice to have an additional way of monitoring my home on top of my security system. Short circuit
My problem was a short circuit in an underground electric line. It was damaged by landscapers. In my troubleshooting, I caused some arcing which Ting detected. That triggered a phone call and a series of interventions. Throughout the repair process Ting provided excellent service. Easy and prompt communications. Regular follow up. Night danger
