To watch TV content on a TV Go app or online, you need to have a mySASKTEL profile and access to that TV channel or service through your personal maxTV or maxTV Stream package, theme packs, or channel subscription.
If you haven't already, you'll need to register for mySASKTEL and add your TV account.
With your Crave subscription and mySASKTEL profile, you can watch Crave on many types of devices. See Which devices can I watch Crave on?
You can also:
- Watch Crave on your maxTV set-top box without signing in
- Watch Crave on your maxTV Stream media box
If you live in an apartment or condo with maxTV, you can add channels to your basic service. If you don't have a SaskTel account for maxTV services, see Using TV Go apps with your apartment or condo maxTV service.
Download the app
- On your phone or tablet, go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Search for "crave tv".
- Choose the Crave app.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to download the app.
Sign in to the app
- Open the Crave app.
- Choose Sign In from the menu.
- Under Access through a TV provider, tap I'm a TV Subscriber.
- Choose SaskTel as your TV service provider.
- Sign in using your mySASKTEL username or email address and password.

- Go to www.crave.ca.
- Click Sign in at the top right corner.
- Scroll through the logos and choose SaskTel as your TV service provider.
- Sign in using your mySASKTEL username or email address and password.
Apple TV
Crave is available for tvOS 14.0 or later.
If the following steps don't work, see How do I sign in and activate Crave on my Apple TV? for more information.
- Choose Crave from the services listed on your Apple TV.
- Click on a show to watch. You'll be given a 7-digit code.
- On your tablet, phone, or computer:
- Go to Crave.ca/appletv.
- Enter the 7-digit code and click Submit.
- Sign in using your mySASKTEL username or email address and password.

The first time you sign in to Crave on a smart TV:
- On your smart TV:
- Find and open the Crave app.
- Click Sign In.
- Choose Access through Service Provider.
- You'll see 2 options and an activation code
- On a phone or tablet:
- Scan the QR code on your TV screen or go to Crave.ca/provider
- SaskTel. Choose
- Sign in using your mySASKTEL username or email address and password.
- Enter the activation code from your TV.
- Click Activate.
PS4
- Download the Crave app from the PlayStation Store.
- Open the Crave app.
- Click Sign in.
- You'll get an activation code on the screen
- Go to Crave.ca/activate on a computer or mobile browser.
- Click Through my TV Provider.
- Choose SaskTel from the list of TV service providers.
- Sign in using your mySASKTEL username or email address and password.
- Enter the 5-digit activation code from your PlayStation.
- Click Validate.
Xbox One
- Download the Crave app from the Xbox Marketplace (Canadian store).
- Open the Crave app.
- Click Sign In.
- You'll get an activation code on the screen
- Go to Crave.ca/xboxone on a computer or mobile browser.
- Click Through my TV Provider.
- Choose SaskTel from the list of TV service providers.
- Sign in using your mySASKTEL username or email address and password.
- Enter the 5-digit activation code from your Xbox One.
- Click Validate.
To download content:
- Visit the show page of a series or movie and look for the download icon next to the title’s thumbnail.
- Click the download icon.
- Your title will begin to download
- The download icon will change to show the progress of your download
To see the progress of your downloads, go to the My Cravings section and click My Downloads.
You can have a maximum of 10 downloads per user across 5 registered devices at any given time.
A download will be deleted as follows (whichever happens first):
- 48 hours after you start watching it
- 30 days after downloading the content
- If the title expires from Crave
- If the device is deregistered from your Crave account
- If you cancel your Crave subscription

Device limits:
- When you subscribe to Crave through SaskTel, you can stream Crave on up to 5 devices at the same time
- You can have more than 5 devices signed in, but not streaming at the same time
- If you get a "too many devices" message, you'll need to sign in to www.crave.ca and remove devices
- Open your profile dropdown menu (profile icon, top right) and go to Device Settings > Manage Devices
