Ok how do I say "Help Wanted" in spanish for general labor type work nothing secific.
I've gotten different suggestions. I want to make sure that when put this on my sign that it doesn't look stupid.I dont have much room on the sign to put a lot of words on it. I want something quick and simple that if a spanish speeking man drove bye who needs of a job he would get the idea i'm loking for help. the cars drive by at 55-60 MPH so it's got be be short and to the point.
In english we simply say "help wanted" and everybody knows what that means.again is not specific, but if you drove by a bakery or resteraunt lets say, and you saw a sign that said help want. You better much would have a geuss of work might envolved.
I need somone who can do different things in the way of labor type work outside.
which is best: "se busca ayuda" or "se necesita ayuda"
Thanks everyone, Barrett

Hay trabajo, se necesita personal, ofertas de empleo, ofertas de trabajo
"Se solicita" is the most common term that I have seen across Mexico and most of South America.
I would go for "ofertas de empleo".
Se necesitan trabajadores., Necesito trabajadores.
If you just need any help, "Necesito ayuda" If instead you look for a helper/co-worker, "Ayudante se necesita" or " Necesito Ayudante" it would be nice to clearly say what for...
Here in Texas where you have a variety of Latinos. To appeal to the mass, business usually right, "Estamos ocupando" (We're Hiring) or "Ahora ocupando" (Now Hiring).
Just read you need something fast, some you might could get away with put big red letters saying, "Ocupando".
Se necesida ayuda.
