There is no way to retrieve your email…
There is no way to retrieve your email / password, so I set up an appointment to speak with a customer service representative on March 12, 2024. Unfortunately, I did not recognize their number and was not able to pick up the call. At HUSHMAIL's request, I set up another appointment for a call 1 hr and 15 minutes later. My phone never rang. I've asked HUSHMAIL to confirm that my credit card has not been charged; still waiting for a reply.
In November 2023 I originally signed up for Hushmail, but they did not process my payment due to a system error. Although I created an account, there was no active subscription. Ideally, someone from hushmail should have contacted me and corrected the error.
While today's customer service representatives seem nice (via email), it honestly should not be this difficult. People want a streamlined, easy service. My credit card was charged five (5) days ago, and the representative credited it back today, at my request. It's time for me to move on with a different service.
