I am getting weird emails from newegg <info@newegg.com>

I didn't have an account on newegg before. Yesterday I found that an emails were sent from newegg that an account by my email was successfully made. after that I received that the billing address was changed. then I received that they have received my order and they are working to process it and written in this email the order # and where it is shipped to.

I didn't have any accounts on newegg before. also I didn't order anything. furthermore, when I tried to sign in with my email on newegg official website to check if this emails aren't a scam they wrote to me this (This account is currently suspended for your account security reason. Please contact us here to unlock the account.)

so does this mean that the account is locked and nothing is going to happen?!

what is this and what should I do?!

Someone managed to use your email to create an account,

The account was suspended because of suspicious activities within the account.

Check your account balances.  If you see a similar charge contact the seller you saw related to it immediately..

Contact them. Also change your password, just in case.

Have you lost your credit card, ID or anything else prior to receiving the emails?

No I didn't lose anything. also, I didn't have any credit cards merged to my email

This should go without saying, but make absolutely sure you're typing newegg.com directly into your browser. Do not follow any links in said emails. It's possible they're fishing scams trying to harvest your information.

this option isn't available because the account is suspended and they need informationlike account number, correct billing address and stuff to make it active again

yes, I didn't press on any links in these emails but I think that it is from real newegg email as I found that the account is really made on the official website and suspended due to unusual activity
also, the scam emails asks you for personal information. while this one didn't ask for anything and the links when you put your mouse on it > it shows redirect to real newegg.com website
so I don't know should I do sth or not

Sometimes the most effective way to get something like this resolved would be to call them. If you are sure that you didn't create a Newegg account then someone created a fraudulent account. There's also the concern that someone may have managed to get access to your email account, otherwise how could they possibly have activated the fraudulent account, change the password on your email account ASAP (using a strong password). To be on the safe side, do NOT open that email again, there could be malware embedded on it.
