My experience was so bad it's so hard to complete and finish one survey and after you completing many... Your withdrawal just not arrived!

Acabo de eliminar un comentario mío de Univox de que era una estafa. Al final después de dos correos me han mandado el cheque regalo de Amazon, es que desde el 2 de septiembre que lo procesaron no me lo habían mandado. De todas formas el teléfono que tienen como gratuito para llamar no existe.

Terrible survey site, the worst I've ever encountered. It's hard to get surveys without being screened out, amount for each survey is pitiful and when you do finally get enough to withdraw, they don't pay out - claiming your account is under review for 'quality' purposes. GIve them a wide berth.

Used to be good but since 2021 everything changed. The website takes time to load. Recently, my account being blocked with some unclear reason! I spent time to earn money but at the end they voided my points with these reason which I never did :
- Provided false profile information
- Misused our Refer a friend campaign or other available promotions
- Did not provide honest survey responses
- Used foul language in communication
- Engaged in any other offensive behavior

Please stay away from the site!

Univox surveys ,what a waste of time ,the amount of surveys that cut out telling you you are not a match for that survey ,all after you've done 95% of the survey,very convenient ,if you are lucky enough to build up a reward it takes about a month or more to come through, if at all !! ,Be warned there are a lot better sites ,they don't deserve any stars at all ,they are not worth it !!
I do surveys for a few sites and univox is the worst I've had ever. !!!

Had this installed a couple of months ago and all was fine and now it is rubbish, and when i called the helpline they told me to open the box and when i stood here holding the wire the internet worked fine and the moment i walked away it stopped. I was then advised to buy a booster and pay a further £7 approx a month which obviously i am annoyed as this is definately too expensive now..

Wow!!! Not only they take away people's achievements, but also forbid them to retrieve their rewards!!!! I've spent 3 days working on the site's surveys and they just kicked me out on false information!!! I'm registered on 5 different platforms, providing the same information as on this one and NO ONE has done this to me!!! Shame!!!

After reaching the first reward level and waiting for a month, oddly enough I turned out to be a bad member, so they blocked my account and canceled the reward. Among other things, only today after a month of my request for clarification did I receive an answer. One of the worst portals present, to be avoided at all costs.

So, I qualified for faster rewards. Collected the points and claimed. No voucher. I queried this and got the standard email saying account under review. Then today, got told I'd been banned for one of the standard list of infractions. How can I be upgraded then banned within a few weeks? I implore people not to join this panel as it's a complete Scam!

Very disappointing - avoid! I have been a member for a year or two, and without any proper explanation or feedback when I finally got close to payout was told that my account access had been blocked. What a waste of my time, there are far more reliable and enjoyable providers out there, steer well clear.

Recently, this site has been very slow in processing the redemption. My latest request has already past 53 days from time of writing this review. Hope they can act on it.

Awful!
I get sent all these survey invites and appreciate that they have screening questions. In the three months of being a member I have received 85 surveys and only qualified for 2!

Spent 25 minutes this evening, 13 survey's and all screened out.

Wouldn't bother wasting your time on this.

Account closed after requesting a payout. Standard reply sent saying I had violated terms and conditions. No further replies to my messages and email blocked from their forum. Something needs doing. so others will not get caught out and have their money stolen.

I've been with them for many years and had pay-outs. Suddenly the last payment was said to be processed but never arrived. I contacted support, who said they were overwhelmed with queries but gave me a case number. Nothing since, I've been in touch by email but no reply. The toll-free number on their webpage is unrecognized. Now they've stopped sending survey invites. Can't login and get this message "Oops! It seems to be a technical issue. Please contact our customer support for help." Have they gone bust?

I have been an ambassador member of Univox for more than a year, I had not had any problem until this past Monday when they blocked my account, without giving me a specific reason. I am very disappointed as I thought Univox was reliable. I had accumulated 26,000 points that I wanted to change and to my surprise, after having blocked my account I lost my points, they have stolen money that I had accumulated after filling out so many surveys for months. Please be careful and don't trust Univox, it's really a waste of valuable time.

I used to receive more than 10 surveys a day for a couple of years. Suddenly stop. Their reply - sorry, your profile does not match with the surveys available at this moment. The standard reply from the manual without looking into your case.

I contacted them through social media - very sweet, but they cannot do anything about it.

A complete waste of time. My advice is to avoid this like the plague. Very poor level of reward. They collect great too much valuable personal information before then rejecting your survey. In that they are of course acting unethically. Waste if time!

I have been a member of the Univox Community a while now and have always done the surveys honestly and have never done anything wrong. I kept getting E-mails saying I had a Subscription level upgradation and then I'm blocked. Recently I moved home and internet provider so asked to update my profile with my new home address and E-mail address the next thing they have blocked me from doing anymore surveys and I have lost the points I had earned. This is not fair and I would not recommend them to anyone as this has hurt me deeply.

I do not know the criminals running that account currently . If you are still there, you stand a risk of being hacked . Bunch of Scammers . I have left them long ago . You can never qualify for any survey. Never
