Here's how to add the Disney bundle subscription via the My Verizon website.

Before you begin

To add the Disney bundle perk, refer to My Verizon website - Manage Perks.
Expand All
  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon using a user ID or mobile number that has Account Owner or Manager access privileges.
  2. Navigate:
    Shop products & plan perks
    Entertainment
    .
  3. Select
    The Disney Bundle (Disney+, Hulu & ESPN+)
    , review the info then select
    Get it now
    .
    Section only appears for eligible accounts with select Unlimited plans. For additional Disney bundle info, check out these Disney bundle FAQs.
  4. Enter then re-enter the email address you wish to use with your Disney bundle subscription then select
    Check email
    .
    If you already have a Disney+, Hulu™ or ESPN+ subscription, enter the email address associated with one of those subscriptions.
  5. If you receive a message referring to an existing subscription, review the info then select
    Continue
    .
  6. Review and accept the Disney Bundle Terms & Conditions then select
    Enroll in Disney Bundle
    .
  7. Review the info then select
    Go to Disney
    .
  8. From the Disney website, enter your email, review the Privacy Policy and Subscriber Agreement then select
    Agree & Continue
    .
    Ensure you enter the same email address used in step 6, otherwise, you won't receive the Disney bundle through Verizon offer.
  9. Do one of the following:
    • If you have an existing Disney+ account, enter your password then select
      Log In
      .
    • If you're creating a Disney account for the first time, enter a password then select
      Continue
      .
  10. From the 'Your Disney+ account is good to go' screen, select one of the following options:
    • Activate Hulu
    • Login to ESPN+
    • Start Streaming Disney+
  1. Ensure the Disney bundle has been added to your account.
  2. From a web browser, navigate to https://www.disneyplus.com using your computer.
    If continuing from the 'Your Disney+ account is good to go' screen during initial Disney bundle sign up, select
    Activate Hulu
    .
  3. If necessary, enter the same email address and password used when signing up for the Disney bundle in My Verizon then select
    Log In
     to begin streaming from your desktop computer.
  4. Select the appropriate profile then navigate:
    Profile icon
    Account
    Hulu
    .
  5. Do one of the following:
    • If the email address used to sign up for the Disney bundle on My Verizon is associated with an active Hulu account:
      1. Ensure the correct email address is listed then enter your password.
        If you forgot your password, select
        Forgot your password / email
        , enter your email address then select
        Send Me A Reset Link
        .
        A link to reset your password is sent and may take up to 15 minutes to be delivered.
      2. Select
        Log In
        .
    • If you need to create a Hulu account:
      1. Enter the required info (e.g., Email, Password, etc.).
      2. Review the Hulu Terms of Use and Privacy Policy then Select
        Continue
        .
        Ensure the same email address used for your Disney+ account is entered.
  6. Select
    Start Watching Hulu
     to begin streaming your favorites from your desktop computer.
  1. Ensure the Disney bundle has been added to your account.
  2. From a web browser, navigate to https://plus.espn.com/ using your computer.
    If continuing from the 'Your Disney+ account is good to go' screen during initial Disney bundle sign up, select
    Login to ESPN+

  3. Enter the same email address and password used when signing up for the Disney bundle in My Verizon then select
    Log In
     to begin streaming from your desktop computer.
