We're looking for RNs to join our Transition Observation team at Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, Washington. Up to $20k in sign-on bonus and up to $20k in student loan forgiveness.

Position Summary:
As a MultiCare RN, you'll assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care. We'll rely on you to apply your specialized training, demonstrate critical thinking and consistently follow established processes. As Puyallup’s only hospital, MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital serves as an acute care center for a large and diverse community across Puyallup and East Pierce County. Minimum Requirements:

Hospital-based nursing experience is required. New graduates or RNs without hospital experience should apply for an upcoming RN residency.

Education/Licenses/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within three years from the initial date of hire.

• Advanced Degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.

• Current WA state RN license prior to start date.
• Current Health Care Provider level CPR and ACLS, PALS, NRP, and/or PEARS certification as required by facility or department.
• Specialty certification preferred.
