Congratulations, you have made it to the very end of this spelling-based challenge where Fortnite is asking you to pick up letters and visit one final destination on the map to get your full five battle stars.
To recap:
Here’s where to search the letter “O” west of Pleasant Park (Stage 1).
Here’s where to search the letter “S” in Wailing Woods (Stage 2).
Here’s where to search the letter “M” in Dusty Divot (Stage 3).
Here’s where to search the letter “N” under a Frozen Lake (Stage 4).
Put them together and what does that spell? OSMN! Wait, no. You descramble them, and it spells NOMS, naturally.

The final stage of this process is to go and see where your word leads you. That would be to the NOMS sign in Retail Row, though this is slightly trickier than you might imagine. Here’s where the NOMS sign used to be in Retail Row:
As you can see, it’s no longer there. As you may recall, when the rifts started appearing for the first time in Fortnite, their original victims were various signs scattered all throughout the map. The NOMS sign was among them, as it disappeared, then reappeared later on a hill in the middle of nowhere:
But this clue says to visit the NOMS sign in Retail Row, not from Retail Row, and guess what? The NOMS sign has been fully assembled after you found all the letters. Way to help rebuilding your community! Yes, I am dead in this screenshot because you can't take screenshots in the middle of Retail Row and survive longer than six seconds.
If that’s the case, here’s where that is on the map, on the large building on the north side of Retail Row.
If for some reason the clue is actually asking you to visit the teleported rift sign, that would be in the far, far northeast corner of the map on a hill close to the Block, formerly Risky Reels, which you can see on the map here:
I would definitely start with the first one actually inside Retail, and if that doesn’t work, then head north. I’m going to verify which one it is, but I am guessing it’s the former, which means that you will be landing in a hot drop zone and may end up dead trying to reach the sign unless you are super fast or able to defend yourself against attackers.
After that, you have completed this rather lengthy challenge. A decent amount of work for five battle stars, but it’s a fun little hunt that I enjoyed. I hoped my various guides helped, and if you could share them around if so, that would be helpful.
