Subscribed for print delivery of the Cape Cod Times on May 26, 2023 for the rate of $13 per month for the first three months and $30 thereafter. My account was charged $13 on May 31, 2023. To date the newspaper has not been delivered. I file a no delivery complaint online with the paper daily. I have had numerous live e-chats online about the issue with assurances that delivery would commence. I want to receive the print edition that I paid for,

In February 2023, I moved and asked that they deliver the paper to my new address. They told me that they do not come to my street and would have to hire a new person. I am in their area.I kept calling and they said they would deliver, and I gave them the particulars. Never got a paper and I kept calling them and they could not give me a reason for no delivery. One day I did get a paper and then nothing. I called to cancel my subscription and wanted a refund of $152.52 credited to my checking account. Said they do not do credits. I emailed the editor in chief and she said she would look into it. Emailed her two more times with no response. I emailed her about a week ago and told her I wanted it in my checing account by 6/3 and I do not have it. They kept taking money out of my account but I got no paper. I want my money back.

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  What does it take to issue a credit from a local company like the Cape Cod Times when they do not do the service they said they would.

When I did not get my newspaper on Sunday 12/5 I called to find out why. The person I spoke with indicated that they sent ** 3 bills via email and we had not paid. I did not receive any of these nor did they go into my spam. I have capecodonline in my safe sender list so you would never be blocked. When I found out I owed $ and needed to renew, I gave the person my credit card and she charged me for the balance due plus for the entire upcoming year. She told me I would receive a paper on Monday 12/6. Its now Sunday 12/11 and I still haven't received a paper. I called at 7 am this morning and they said they would redeliver by 10 am and if that didn't happen I should call again. Well, no paper so I tried to call and they are now closed. So here we go, I can't find out when (or if) I will ever get a paper. The person said they would credit me for the week that was missed and that didn't happen either. I have nowhere to turn and can't get any answers. I have been reporting this every day.

I have been trying to unsubscribe from this company's emails for months. The site has a button to "unsubscribe" but when you click it, it tells you there is an error and "they are working on it". I have written to them several times and asked them to take me off their list. I have no interest in their company, I never "subscribed" in the first place and do not want to receive any further communication from them.

I have tried to reach the *** via voice and text for months. I finally reached a rep by chat today, and followed up with a voice conversation. I withdrew my authorization to be charged and they have continued to charge my PayPal credit card. I am furious. They say they have cancelled me now but refuse to refund the last quarter of my payments which were taken without authorization. Please flag them as unreliable, and untrustworthy. **** per month

On or about June 15, I bought a subscription to the Cape Cod Times over the phone. I was quoted $13/month. I specifically asked if there were any additional monthly charges and was told no. Within the first 1 1/2 weeks, I had a missed delivery. Then last Friday, the **** came into my home in ** and instead of $13 it was for $26/month. I called yesterday, June 27, and was told there was a mistake and she would make the correction to $13/month. Today I did not get a paper. When I called in --you cannot reach a person--I got a voice saying cannot deliver the paper. I went to the internet to chat with an agent. That person said they did not have time to deal with my issues and I was to call the number I had tried calling several times and should call back after an hour. Which I did and still only could get a recording saying cannot deliver. At this point, I don't know if I still have a subscription. If not, how much do I owe for roughly 2 weeks of the paper.

To whom it May ******** On Tuesday March 8, I called the 'Cape Cod Times' , to inquire about a Classified ad, to put in their newspaper. I talked with a '*****' about my Condo in Dennisport, and asked the charge for a rental ad for a week. She gave me a price of $24.52, and I agreed to place the ad. With that, I gave her my Credit Card (Discover) number and we went over the wording for the ad. She also asked "if she could start the Thursday, March 10, and I also agreed to that ! I decided to call the paper next day, which was Wednesday, Mar. 9, to verify all my business with them about the ad. When I called, they said my ad was put in for a month, at a cost of $109.00 & had been put in the paper on Wednesday Mar 9 (the day I called) I immediately cancelled the ad and explained "this is not what I wanted or agreed to" They said I would be charged for Wednesday & on for a month, and it has been posted to my Credit Card, as of my March statement. 'This is an unauthorize Charge' If this is their practice, I won't be doing any or no business with this newspaper ever again! They were so dishonest and deceitful with me. When I lived in West ****** in the ************ the Cape Cod Times was a wonderful paper. What has happened? A complaint should be put against 'The Cape Cod Times' Hyannis, **.

I purchased a 12 week subscription to the Cape Cod Times as a birthday gift for my father. The paper never arrived and I have not received a refund for the purchase despite contacting the company, showing a copy of my receipt as well as proof of payment.
