Nest Login Issues

We recently moved our business. We are trying to get the cameras working again. I don't remember my Nest password, every time I use the forgot password link I never get an email to reset password. Just keeps bringing me to the login page. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed.

Hi Brad. I am not the original person who posted to this blog. But am having the same issue. About two weeks ago I could no longer access my Nest mobile app. Credentials were rejected (after successfully accessing the mobile app for over two years!). Reset password request on the mobile app is never sent to my email. I can login to my Nest app on my desktop computer however. But Password resets are permitted only through the mobile app?!  I checked My Google account passwords and used those credentials to unsuccessfully access Nest mobile app. I have now no way to get into the mobile app. Please help me fix this. There appears to be a problem with Google accounts.

Are you using a Gsuite account by chance? If so, please note that you must have a Google account, and Gsuite accounts are not an option when it comes to Nest and Google Home Apps. I apologize for the inconvenience if this is the case.
