Having issues signing in.
Hey. I just recently downloaded this game but i'm having some issues with signing in to a Ninja Kiwi Account. I wanna play with friends over Steam and the game tells me I need to sign in. Whenever I click on sign in the screen will darken and act like its pulling a page up, but all that will happen is a Ninja Kiwi login page will flash and then close. The screen will then light back up, but it wont let me sign in to let me play with friends.

This is the same problem i have.

When i contacted Ninja Kiwi, they responded a few times (but it wasn't about how to solution), once i told them the game can't process the "Sign Up" page, they didn't respond at all again.

(I'm not implying they're terrible at helping users, i know it's sometimes hard to know the solution for something.)

I am running Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit.

Okay. Can you try clearing the cache & cookies from your web browser to see if that makes a difference, please?

Well I'm having this issue with the steam version of BTD Battles. Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Clearing the cache was because that page that loads up is actually a web page :) Just to check you're able to access the server, can you click on the link below and let us know what you see, please?

It pulls up a picture of a monkey in a military helmet xD. Alright would I need to my web browser's cache or the steam browser cache?

So I've cleared out all of my web browser's caches. IE, Firefox, Google Chrome, and the steam browser and it still has the same issue as before. What can we do next?

Hi Joey,

This looks like it might be a connection issue to our servers. To help us find the cause of the issue could you please start a command prompt and type the following two commands:
nslookup api.ninjakiwi.com
nslookup static-api.nkstatic.com

Can you then send a screenshot with the result of the commands to support@ninjakiwi.com.

I've looked over the image you sent and your PC appears to be resolving the correct IP addresses. I will reply to the email with some further troubleshooting instructions.
