Making sure that we felt welcome. Instantly being friends with people you just met has been the highlight of it. Also giving us advice about school and what steps we need to take in order to become a veterinarian.

They were very helpful and able to fully refund us even though we missed the dead line. My daughter had a mass on the back of her neck and for two months she have had 4 MRIs, 2 Biopys, 2 ct scans and numerous of lab done. Finally we just recently found out she is diagnosed with infectious bone disease. Super greatful for them because that refund ended up helping us a lot with bills we needed to pay and trips going back and fourth to the children’s hospital. If my daughter ever gets another opportunity definitely she will be going.

It's a great opportunity to introduce students the a career path they interested in. Great way to meet new people and gain new friendships.
Program was repetitive and there could have been other skills taught or introduced. The live surgery felt like a bait and switch. Tell what kind of surgery. Organization of schedule needs work.

My son really enjoyed the hands on learning. Buildingvthe robot, disecting the beef heart. He said it was better than the previous year. The only complaint was the staff on the initial day. As parents were arriving we didn't have much assistance with the staff as to directing us were to go. Staff were on their phones or chatting amongst each other. It was a frustrating situation.

My experience was great! Everything was amazing! My daughter met friends that she still communicates with and they have seen each other outside of camp. Though, on the first night she had a negative encounter with another roommate. The counselors were able to handle the matter swiftly and sensitively by relocating her room. The projects and activities they did were extensive and worth my money. They created and programmed robots. My daughter also enjoyed the forensics segment where they solved a true crime case. Overall, the experience was great and my daughter will be attending next year!

I absolutely loved this experience. In my ten days I spent at Stanford law school in Palo Alto, California, I got to meet new people and hear from experts from the field of law. I made many long lasting connections, and learned things I will take into my future. I loved how attentive the staff were, and I also enjoyed the activities they had planned.

What made my experience great is that I met new people whom had similar interests as me for the medical program/feild. It also helped me know that I do want to be in the medical field in the future. This company is helping the kids who attend this program know or give an idea to what they would like to be in the future.

The staff was too young to handle teenagers. The AC broke in my dorm room it was not fixed and staff decided to move us out to another room, until 11pm. The entire class saw an older staff member arguiying with a young councelor staff member and affected the results of my team.
I really liked going to western university, the Santa Monica peer and loved going to cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Check in was a long wait time, pretty disorganized with lots of staff talking to on another but not directing us where to go. We waited 2 hours but then we realized the lines were boy/girl with no directions. Wildly disorganized and staff didn't know where dorms were to direct us either.

Complete failure to communicate with parents. My daughter was housed in a wing with a male student without my knowledge or consent. Far too expensive for what was provided. Had a couple of good speakers but is basically a glorified week-long field trip.

The people, both students and educators. The information was fed through a fire hose but didn't feel brief or skipped over. The educators included the students in lectures and gave plenty of opportunities to answer/ask questions. The clinical portions were very fun, especially the mock "surgery." I would absolutely go back and do it all again if I could

My son was scheduled to attend the program but due to school requirements announced after I had already given my deposit, he couldn’t attend. My deposit was lost. Not even because I tried to explain that he had to attend summer classes to fulfill freshman requirements would my deposit be returned. I therefore refused to save the deposit for next year. Since it’s evident money is more important to this program.

The visit to the naval academy was canceled and I was told there would be a reprehensive from each of the military and a scholarship board?? This seemed to be more of a school trip rather than training for homeland security or job recruitment. Guess we should have picked the Belize trip. A lot of money with no connections for future education or job resources.

WHAT A BLESSED EXPERIENCE THIS WAS FOR MY 10YO. SHE THROUGHLY ENJOYED HERSELF. I WAS COMPLETELY IMPRESSED WITH THE ORGANIZATION & DETAIL. AND THE HOSPITALITY WAS EXCEPTIONAL. PLEASE, HOST THIS AGAIN AT TRINITY UNIVERSITY AS WE WILL DEFINITELY BE DOING IT AGAIN! AT LEAST UNTIL SHE'S 16, LOL! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY. My son really enjoyed his time at the intensive law program at Stanford. He came home even more energized about studying law after his undergraduate degree. I would reccomend to anyone who would like to see if this speciality is the one or not.

My daughter had fun overall but she said the instructors weren't that great and simply didn't teach well. And it sounds like the schedule was tough - the afternoon session was 4+ hours at a desk in front of a computer. She said she and the other kids ended up zoning out in the afternoons. It was tough to hear as a parent after spending $2500 to send her to camp! She did have fun during the evening group sessions.

Experience was amazing! I’d love to participate again summer of 2024!
Having more scholarships available to be put towards tuition would be a benefit to students who come from a single mother. My siblings & I missed our mother as she worked so hard to make it possible for me to attend this forum.

It was a nice experience my child was extremely happy throughout the time spent there, they had a great team whom really made the kids feel comfortable and safe

I felt it was something worth doing again my child would definitely benefit from this no doubt, she didn’t want it to end that’s how much fun she had and she keeps in contact with the new friends she made there.

Not a single regret it was worth it having her attend this event.

My experience was pretty good. The only concern I had was with the amount of time we had to study. The material was immersive and plentiful, which I enjoyed. However, the only time we had to study was after room checks and I know I was tired by the end of the day. Next year, implementing study times everyday should give the students more time to review material and be better prepared for class and ultimately the mock trial.

My 15yo daughter attended the Law & CSI program from July 23 - 28. She had an INCREDIBLE experience and an amazing time. They are very professional. My daughter learned a ton. This program helped shape the path that she is thinking about taking for college. HIGHLY recommend!!
