Behind the Vision is our new 2025 communication series to provide our AIA Seattle community with information about activities that steward our mission, vision, and values forward. First up – we share what’s behind our mission, vision and values driven move to a new space when the lease expires at the Center in October 2025. We are incredibly appreciative of the two taskforces, many members, and the board who have thoughtfully informed these decisions the last few years and are currently working to find AIA Seattle + SDF’s next home.

AIA Seattle remains steadfast in its commitment to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion in the architecture community. We aim to nurture universal inclusion and fairness for the diverse communities our work impacts. This imperative continues to guide and challenge us as we evolve our practices. Now more than ever, AIA Seattle reaffirms our dedication to putting our JE:DI commitments into practice to promote a robust pipeline that reflects the diversity of our community and inform the policies, systems, and people that shape our built environment.

AIA Seattle offers on-demand learning opportunities to expand the impact and accessibility of our programs.
