It was good to know that finance was available on such a large purchase and with a choice of how long at no interest. Once accepted I have received several notifications advising details of the agreement, along with registering online. I’m now set up and can get started. Very pleased so far.

Advertised 6.9% the whole way through the process and only details the true APR once the process has been accepted at 17.1% Horrendous. Why bother? It's 3 times the advertised amount. It is completely misleading. I wouldn't have even bothered. Extremely disappointed.

Wow, simply wow. Rates are so high! My credit score is good and they gave me a rate over 15% for a loan of 18k. The advertised rates was mid 6%. I got loan approved email and was shocked at the final rate. I quickly went back to my quotes and chose another lender who gave me 6.2% for the same amount. No doubt this will leave 2 hard searches in my account so not happy about experience Novuna. In the future I will avoid using these guys. Talk about ripping people off!!!!

Natuzzi, Cardiff Gate - well, what can I say other than this is a fantastic company. The quality of my new furniture is superb- yes, it’s more expensive than other companies on the high street but worth every penny of the additional cost. The customer service is the best and this includes not only the staff at the show room, but also the delivery guys. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff with whom I made contact. I highly recommend Natuzzi - my visit there was absolutely delightful. Thank you to everyone but especially Paige.

Very easy to do business with and great interests rates (for me at least). Just paid off a big loan very early, had another loan on the go for home improvement and moved it to here, saved 4% in interest rates totalling £350 over the loan period. All done in a matter of an hour. Excellent service,

The wife wanted a new stair and lobby carpet so we got Tapi carpets down with samples and advised that not only were they offering carpets at half price but were offering interest free credit from Novuna personal finance which was a no brainer. Applied for finance and accepted in minutes. Great finance company who I will use the next time the wife decides she wants more floor coverings or anything else. Novuna also have an app so you can check your payments, outstanding balances etc.
