Very understanding and patient, professional and nonjudgmental. I wish I had made the call a long time ago. So helpful and knowledgeable and Cheryl and Mia were very compassionate, letting me know my options and checking how I felt during the whole process. Would highly recommend using payplan.

They promised to call in order to take through the process and they did as they promised as well as on time. They explained what they do and the process, give me the available options, each with it's merits, pros and cons.
They were very clear and straight to the point, very helpful and efficient with all the information and allowed me to ask questions in every stage, gave me time to think about it and the whole process was simple with efficiency. I'd recommend it to anyone struggling with worries and not knowing how to go about it. They could see my struggles through my lenses...or it felt like and made me feel comfortable without being unfairly judged and made me feel ok and had some good night sleep in a long while after that without worrying about threatening phone calls and demand notices.
Easy to set up. Quite disappointed that I made my first payment on the 1st May, it took til the 9th May for the payment to show as pending on my account, and now 10 days after paying, none of my creditors have received any payments. Causing a lot of stress as creditors were told payments would be received the start of May, and now they’re chasing me for the money. They also don’t really respond to messages sent to them. I messaged on the 5th to enquire about this payment and received no response.
I dealt with vicky yesterday and what a lovely understanding woman.. I can honestly say she really helped me and took my feelings into consideration. Thank you so much for being nice and helpful

Impeccable customer service
Due to a change in circumstances I contacted via WhatsApp to discuss an amendment to my payment. Due to my ADHD I really struggle to talk about my finances however Georgia was absolutely amazing, they were patient and understanding and explained everything so I could make an informed decision and also gave me advice on options available to me in the future. Thank you so much you’re possibly the first ever CSA I have ever had a fully positive and understanding/inclusive experience with.

CHECK MINIMUM DEBT LEVEL - DMP
To anyone considering entering a DMP with PayPlan and has low level amount of debt, save yourself some time and ask them outright what is the minimum debt level in order for them to assist you! I would have loved to have given PayPlan a 5 star review, I really would but unfortunately can’t do so. My experience with this debt advisor has proven to be more stressful than expected. I sought debt advice from PayPlan having being referred to them from the Citizens Advice website over a year ago and they assisted with putting me into a DMP, at the time my debts were just below 5k and I had an average salary at the time, but my living costs in London were quite high so it was proving damn near impossible to clear my debts with constant interest charges being added with different creditors - PayPlan were reluctant to assist with a DMP to begin with stating I did not meet the desired debt level threshold for them to enter me into a DMP, however following a further assessment of my ability to be able to communicate with all my creditors, they agreed to assist me. I was keeping up with payments and managed to get my debts down to 3.5k but unfortunately was made redundant at the start of this year and through advice of the CA entered into a Debt Respite Scheme (Breathing Space). I made PayPlan aware of the breathing space and that I wouldn’t be able to commit to the DMP payments for 2 months, to which I was told the DMP would be put on hold and to get back in touch with them to complete an outgoings review (these are done annually and I was due to do one) and resume payments once my breathing space has ended. During this time, I found work, albeit a considerable lower paying job but was in a position to resume affordable payments and first working day after the breathing space has ended contacted PayPlan only to be told my DMP had been cancelled completely and that I would have to set up a new case file, after 40 minute phone call going through my details again, relaying information on my debts (all the ones that had been in my DMP prior to be made redundant) I was told my debt level was too low and that I could not enter another DMP. At this point I was told the ideal debt level would need to be 6k minimum in order for PayPlan to assist with a DMP, at no point was this ever relayed to me when I contacted them to inform them I had been made redundant and would need a 60 day break in making payments to my DMP, I find it very disheartening that the debt I was getting down through PayPlan is now impossible to clear with assistance because of this communication oversight, had I had been made aware this would have happened I would have prioritised keeping the DMP open even if it meant putting priority bills on hold during my breathing space. PayPlan have failed to ensure I was fully aware of what I was agreeing to - this was a massive oversight on their part, its very disappointing. I'm now at a loss as to what is the best course of action, the best they could do was send me debt management information documents which pretty much mirror the debt advise found on the Gov dot UK website.

Misleading Unsupportive Company
I am writing regarding the handling of my recent support case with Payplan. I initially reached out for assistance under difficult personal circumstances, including serious mental health challenges, and I was assured by their team that help was available.
In fact, I was told and I quote by Georgia Burgess - “be rest assured we have a solution for everyone and we can certainly help! :)” This message gave me hope and led me to believe that Payplan genuinely had the means and willingness to support me.
However, after three days of communication, I have now been told that Payplan cannot assist and that I must instead contact my creditors directly. This was something I had already tried and been unsuccessful with; which is why I turned to Payplan in the first place. This misleading reassurance has now resulted in a complete waste of my time, energy, and emotional resources.
Despite explaining my mental health situation clearly from the beginning, I feel this was entirely disregarded. The handling of this case has significantly increased my stress and anxiety, leaving me worse off than when I initially reached out. I feel completely unsupported, misled, and dismissed by a company I trusted to help me in a moment of real vulnerability.
I am deeply disappointed and disgusted by this experience.

PayPlan Debt Advice
After finding myself in loads of debt and burying my head in the sand instead of dealing with it I came across this site online offering free advice. The woman I spoke with named Andrea was sympathetic and understanding, she listed all my viable options and guided me through to the best solution possible reliving me of all the stress associated with debt. She was kind and none judgemental and I wish I had turned to this site earlier. Thank you PayPlan.

I was struggling to pay off my loan debt, I tried so many companies to ask for help, but they completely ignored me. My bank referred me to Payplan, so I got in touch, I now have the less stress of repaying and no threats to have debt collectors at the house.

100% recommend - Payplan has changed my life.
Payplan have saved my life! I use to lay awake at night worrying about how I was going to make my next payments to my creditors, how I was going to pay for Christmas and Birthdays and just couldn't see an end to it all. I finally contacted Citizens Advice after around a year of struggling. I was in thousands of £ of debt to various people, I'd had threats of baliffs and stopped opening my post and answering my phone in fear of what I was going to read next. Citizens Advice put me in touch with Payplan, they were so friendly and understanding, they didn't judge and did everything they could to find me a payment plan that I could afford and that was right for my situation. Everything was done over WhatsApp/online too which was amazing!
Life is hard, circumstances change and you never know what's around the corner, things spiralled and I was to proud to ask for help. I'm so glad I contacted Payplan, they've helped me get my life back and I can sleep soundly at night now knowing everything is OK.

Don’t worry anymore and use this service!
I’m a disabled person/single mum, also suffer anxiety. I fell into debt over medical issues where costs/care wasn’t covered by NHS. After finally having the operation I needed, I was struggling financially. I was overwhelmed then discovered PayPlan! I find the team to be so comforting and helpful. They are friendly and explain everything well. I’m also dyslexic so reading stuff can be a headache so I’m so grateful for all their time efforts and patience to lift the burden and worry of debt. I feel a massive weight off my shoulders. One year in now and I am in such a better state of mind. You can 100% trust this team to help you get back on track. Repayments are always carefully worked out to ensure you can still live normally, while taking down that debt demon that’s been weighting you down. They check every year to see how it’s going and if adjustments need doing. Don’t wait as long as I did to get help, be brave and go for it.. this team really will and do help! Thank you Tilly, Thank you all! :)
