When I reached out to PayPlan and then received a phone call back, that first person I spoke to was so perfectly matched for what I needed on that first phone call. The caller was non-judgemental, kind, patient and empathetic. They were able to listen and gather all the necessary information. They then passed me onto an advisor who could put all the information together and provide a number of viable solutions. This person, again, was perfect for what I needed. They were so up-beat and positive and also kind and warm. And it made me feel hopeful that everything was going to be okay.
I can't thank PayPlan enough for their help. It is literally changing the trajectory of my life and that of my family's.

I am so disappointed. My payplan is now complete but I feel like I was not informed about things properly. Poor communication. I had to contact several creditors myself and send them the paperwork myself. They added lots of extra fees on my account for the postage but I had to do the work for them. Some of my accounts are still not closed due to their poor communication. I had several issues with communication with them when my payplan was active too. I would not recommend them.
response to your reply: I have provided you with everything that you asked for several times. Still waiting for your response regarding it. It has been a year now so all accounts should be updated. Please, call me before I complaint to the ombutsman

They promised to call in order to take through the process and they did as they promised as well as on time. They explained what they do and the process, give me the available options, each with it's merits, pros and cons.
They were very clear and straight to the point, very helpful and efficient with all the information and allowed me to ask questions in every stage, gave me time to think about it and the whole process was simple with efficiency. I'd recommend it to anyone struggling with worries and not knowing how to go about it. They could see my struggles through my lenses...or it felt like and made me feel comfortable without being unfairly judged and made me feel ok and had some good night sleep in a long while after that without worrying about threatening phone calls and demand notices.
