FHN Family Healthcare Center to hold open house

MOUNT CARROLL — FHN Family Healthcare Center will hold a holiday open house from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dec. 11 at the center, 1120 Healthcare Drive.

Coffee and cocoa will be served, and a coordinator from the MyFHN Patient Portal team will be on hand to help patients sign up for access to their FHN health information online.

Patients who sign up for MyFHN and send a message to their healthcare provider during the month of December are eligible to win one of three cash prizes in FHN’s Cash for Communicating contest.
