The property does not look like the pictures and my Grab driver had a hard time finding it (although I appreciate the hotel providing the address in Thai.) The breakfast was simple- but adequate. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. It is the perfect hotel if you simply need an overnight accommodation before leaving BKK. It is NOT close to the heart of Bangkok, which is about 40 to 60 minutes away depending on traffic. Although a local market is within a mile, the hotel is not in a well lit area- so walking at night would not be adviseable.

Requirement for shoes to be taken off meant dirty feet and dirtying the bed; very inconvenient and does not make sense. Breakfast was average. A/C in room did not work and after about an hour was transferred to another room. There is some street food around the area but a fairly long walk to get to it with dogs barking aggressively in an unsafe manner.

The staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Very close to airport and perfect for one night flight connections. Staff emailed me their address in Thai which made it easy for the taxi driver. Very quiet and relaxed ambience. We would stay there again. Not for those who want the hustle of Bangkok.

QG Resort is highly recommended, it doesnt look like a hotel but they maintained the place very neatly. The service was excellent and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They r very helpful too. The rooms are excellent

A great place to stay. A little bit isolated, from Bangkok. The girls working there, as well as tge owner were very sweet, and kind. They made the stay very pleasurable. Very homey environment.and kind. Delicious breakfast. Also has lunch and dinner menu. Very reasonably priced. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.

This resort is too far from the main city so it’s very inconvenient. Very hard to find rides . Grab company cannot find the resort’s landmark. Very limited transportation. You end up pay more for taxi services. Another thing is the resort closed do not have 24 hours customers . Very not convenient for the customers.

Very clean, spacious rooms and excellent customer service! Hotel shuttle from and back to airport always right there waiting for you. They will take great care of you! Highly recommend for airport layover stay!

Even though it is close to Airport, but these is no public transportation to the hotel. And it is costly to take Taxi in and out. Hotel does not offer free shuttle, they will just call Taxi for you.

Hotel is close to the airport (10-15 minutes) with spacious rooms and a shuttle to the airport for a nominal fee is also available!

Place is hard to find in the middle of nowhere, eventho closed to the airport. Its a family run hotel, one man person operation basically , with a cook who probably does the cleaning too. For overnight stay is ok.

Excellent value and good comfort and great service
Good: The price was GREAT. The owner was very helpful and kind and obliging. The hotel was a short distance from Suvarnabumi Airport (BKK). The room was spacious, better-than-average comfort, smell-free, bug-free, attractive, and had a nice bathroom. There was a dining room where we could get coffee or tea. And the meals (we had breakfast) there were well above average by Western standards. I will use this place again when I pass through Bangkok. Bad: I'm not sure that "resort" fits this hotel (because that term conjures thoughts of amenities like sports and spa-type amenities and views from windows), though we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

The property management and staff was very helpful, friendly. I think it's ran by the owner & family which were very hospitable not to mention their adorable daughter. Very convenient location to the airport & the shuttle ride was great! I would recommend anybody that needs a place near the airport to check them out.

Airport hotel
Overall good airport accommodation for a reasonable price. The only issue was that the sofa was dusty but we only stayed one night so not a major problem. The owner is friendly and transfer to / from the airport was well organised.

Good place for a short stay
Very nice place, clean and safe. Only one down side was not close to a busy street, It is not easy to catch a taxi. The manager is very helpful with calling for a ride. The hotel worked our well for a short stay.

I choose this hotel because of how close it was to the airport as we flew in late on Dec. 31 and then had a flight out the next morning. QG Resort had a shuttle service that was easy to book via email (very quick responses from QG Resort!) and the van was waiting on us upon our arrival to bring us to the hotel. As a family of 5 the room was great with 3 king beds. The room was very clean and we even had a nice big breakfast before heading back to the airport. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!!

Perfect for a layover
QG resort was the perfect no-frills place to stay during our extremely brief layover before flying back out of BKK airport. It was wonderful to have a direct pickup from the airport (especially since we arrived at 1 AM!), and the instructions and communication with the staff were incredibly prompt and helpful. The place is simple, but quite clean and the bed was comfortable. I do not think this hotel would do well for those trying to explore Bangkok, but it served our purposes perfectly.

Great People
It was short as we landed at midnight, but by the time we got off the plane, through immigration, exchanged money, and got the right size of taxi for the family it was after 2a before we arrived but the owner stayed up late so we were comfortable. Our room was huge and had three king size beds as well as a stocked fridge so we were able to crack open a soda or a water as we were too tired to even try to find a market. This hotel is also very close to the airport so it’s great for transfers or just late night arrivals.

We were only in Bangkok for one night before our early morning connecting flight to Phuket. This resort was very conveniently located to the airport, and our room came with free airport pickup. The resort is run by the owner and his wife, and they make you feel like family as soon as you walk in. The room was large and clean with a comfortable bed and fully stocked bathroom. We ate dinner that was homemade, which was the highlight of our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok and looking for a resort close to BKK.

Good value hotel close to the airport
Nice hotel close to the airport, a one way free transfer is provided and when we checked in we were upgraded to a family room as there were 3 of us sharing. Not much close by but the hotel will cook food to order. This hotel is excellent value for money and would stay again.
