Logging In

When viewing your Persona, press <b>Shift-A</b> at any time to reach your admin panel.<br /> <br /> You can also log in to Persona through <a href="https://persona.co/login" target="_blank">https://persona.co/login</a>.<br /> <br /> <!--<b>Troubleshooting</b><br /> <br /> If you are experiencing issues logging into your Persona account, there are some steps you can follow to fix this issue.<br /> <br /> <ul><li>You can use this <a href="http://persona.co/reset" target="_blank">password reset form</a> to have your username and password sent to you via email.</li><br /> <li>Double-check your username. If you used the password reset form, your username will be inside the email along with your password reset instructions. The login form will not accept email addresses.</li><br /> <li>Clear your browser's cache or cookies before attempting to log in again.</li><br /> <li>Try using a different browser to log into your website. Make sure that you are using the latest version possible of a supported browser.</li></ul><br /> <br /> If you have multiple Personas, you can access them through the Persona Manager once you are logged in. You can log in either through the <a href="http://persona.co/login" target="_blank">Persona login page</a> or through the admin panel of any of your Persona URLs ( e.g. example.persona.co/admin ).<br /> <br /> <br /> <b>Personal Domains</b><br /> <br /> If you are using a personal domain with your Persona and are receiving the following message upon login:<br /> <br /> <div style="margin-left: 4rem;">There was an error reaching your personal domain: it does not appear to be<br /> pointed to Persona.</div><br /> This message indicates that your domain's DNS is not correctly configured to be linked to Persona. This often happens when a domain's registration expires while it's connected to a website.<br /> <br /> If your domain was recently purchased or had its DNS settings recently changed, it could be a DNS propagation issue. DNS changes may take up to 48 hours to propagate across the internet, so you may need to wait awhile before you can log in. You can use a service like <a href="http://whatsmydns.net" target="_blank">What's My DNS</a> to check the propagation status of your domain.<br /> <br /> In any case, check your domain's DNS settings and registration status to make sure that your domain is correctly configured; your domain host will be able to tell you more.<br /> <br /> In the meantime, deactivating your personal domain will allow you to make your website accessible at its persona.co URL, without affecting its content or display. You can do this at the <a href="http://persona.co/deactivate/personaldomain" target="_blank">domain deactivation page</a> or by following the link inside the error page-->
