y Nobody is sincere about miscarriages. Service sucks. They do not respond to even messages. They play games. As I write a critical comment, they do everything possible to prevent it from coming through. They alter facts and documents. All of one weekend I had no service till following Tuesday following payment made on the Friday before.

I purchased air time and was promised bonus code after purchase. Never happened and called representative who said it was too late to enter any extra minutes. False advertisement. Do not purchase pinzoo products. Scam.

I just went on my account with Pinzoo or order minutes to both of my cell phones. The site has changed to make things easier. I was able to add the minutes to both phones immediately without any additional work. All I had to do is type in both phone numbers under each purchase on the same page. The addition time/funds were added without any addition steps on my part. What a great addition to the site!

Every time I re-order I have to reset my password and jump through hoops to get it done. Why??? It is frustrating, time consuming. It really is not much better than going to the store to buy the minutes.

We rely on Pinzoo to maintain our U.S. phone while in Canada and it has been a quick, solid and reliable service for us for nearly 5 years. We've dealt with only one snag in that time and the Pinzoo customer service guy was very extremely helpful and stayed with me on the phone (for quite some time) until everything was resolved. Very much recommended.

I have been using Pinzoo for years to refill my Tracfone and have not once had a problem. I get my pin number quick, no waiting like on another popular site, pin is instant. I also refill my husbands phone for him since he doesn't know how to use a computer and no problems on either account. One more thing, other than buying from a local shopping center, this is the most secure and trusted place I will use. Keep up the great work PINZOO!! Thanks!

Paid for product yesterday, no product. Customer service called this morning, told us 5 mins till product was delivered... Hours later still no product, called customer service back many times still no product. No contact after 6 pm, terrible service. DO NOT USE PINZOO!!! TERRIBLE SITE!!!

In the process of canceling my minutes purchased! I ordered minutes and never received them. Called them (Monday approx. 10am) and buisness was closed. Yet the answering service said open from 9-6 mon to fri.

I absolutely recommend PINZOO.COM!!! My $40 refill sells there for $39.75....And then?? No! sales tax....And then?? No! miscellaneous local fees....And then?? No! traveling to retail store to wait in line... The card is even added to my wireless account automatically so I don't have to call my provider and enter some 147 digit number..... One of the very, very few things that sounds to good to be true, but is not. The one experience I had with customer service was very pleasant and my issue was resolved very quickly.

I ordered 12 US dollar card to MTN for Afghanistan and 99 cent for online fee but they top up the phone only 7 US dollar when i called the customer service to asked about it.and their respond was we dont know and how much currency rate change to Afghanee no idea and i asked them how much the MTN top up my cell phone no idea it is a scum likely

I never have to worry that I'll run out of minutes or exceed the "Top Up" date or that I will have to venture out in nasty weather, to go purchase an airtime card. So i was having trouble contacting them because my internet cut out.. But when i finally contacted them i accidentally said the wrong number. The lady told me she would fix it by cancelling with at&t and switch my number.....but instead they took my money and cancelled my order entirely without doing what they promised. PINZOO GIVE ME MY REFUND!!

I have loved everything about using your service, except one thing, and that is, that when I have re-uped my service before, sometimes I have done it when you are closed. It can sometimes take several hours into the morning the next day in order to have the service turned back on.

I have used Pinzoo for many years. I have never had a negative experience. My orders are filled promptly, with no delays. The instructions are easy to follow. Pinzoo offers a variety of refill plans, plus an auto-refill feature. I am very pleased with Pinzoo and recommend them to everyone.
