Mostly it is a convenient way to buy…

Mostly it is a convenient way to buy minutes for my TracPhone, but the security is poorly done. To identify things in dim pictures and which are indistince for someone with minor vision problems becomes an inpossible chore. Enough with the excessive security as I only try to log on and make a buy giving my credit card information.

Simple - that way I like it !

Quick, easy to use and simple. Only surprised was the $2 convenience fee'... whatever, it's easier than going to a store and buying cards.

We have used PinZoo for at least 9 years....

We have used PinZoo for at least 9 years. Both my husband & I didn't want smart phones, but we did want emergency phones. We were introduced to the Go Phone via AT&T and it's been a great relief to have this service for the two of us. We can call to anywhere in the world!

We used AT&T 's renewable service for about one year and then by chance I found Pinzoo online and have been so grateful for their EZ, most reasonable prices. We got 90 days for $25 ( equals to .10 cents a minute) and we usually got a discount on top of that great price. We were able to roll our left over minutes and always had plenty of extra time to use since we didn't need to use it that often. We have a landline for home, and these Go phones for the road. PinZoo has been awesome and they also have auto renew which is a very handy and useful feature. Texting is available though we never used it. Just a safeguard, or checking in while at the store, etc.)

If you don't want to pay a huge amount for monthly service, then use PinZoo and find the right monthly, 90 day, and even a one year plan. EZ to use, EZ to renew, customer service people are always so helpful and we are SO grateful for many years of service. Since both my husband & I use this service we give them a 10 star rating rather than 5!

Thanks to all of you at PinZoo for creating such a user friendly service with the best rates and timely service! Perfect for keeping in touch while on the road!

Pinzoo helped me, inside Polish House. …

I was in a restaurant ( Polish House ) on Chicago's NW side, during my lunch hour, while waiting for my food, I called Pinzoo to pay my phone bill, because I was having problems paying on line.
They were fast, friendly, and very helpful, I was finished under ten minutes.

I had time to eat, and enjoy my delicious, wonderful meal, and relax, before going back to work.

I filled out your form including my…

I filled out your form including my credit card number to add the most minutes you offered. That was about 6:20 PM CT. It is now 10:45 and I still have no minutes. I called your 888-697-4696 number listed on your web page and was told the number was unavailable. I previously used pinzoo in January 2018 to add minutes to my phone and had no trouble. I hope someone will answer your phone tomorrow. I am very disappointed and would no longer recommend your service to anyone. In the meantime, I cannot use my phone. William Thorn 682-465-6885

Your order was approved instantly at 6:20 and your refill PIN was also instantly posted to your account. You were also sent and email with instructions of how to add your minutes. We have also tried to get in touch with you at the phone number you have provided us but it rings to voicemail not setup. Our customer service hours are from 9am - 5pm PST so you had called after agent hours.

Handy

Handy way to add minutes to my trackfone. reminders very month makes it easy. unsure if minutes are added directly to my account without me entering my updated PIN number.

it has been several days since i bought…

it has been several days since i bought my minutes..phone is on...but as yet the minutes have not appeared...draft has cleared account...so you have my money but i have no minutes....
