QTC Medical Keeps $999 Million Army Health Services Contract

Logistics Health Inc. didn’t show that the U.S. Army conducted an improper technical evaluation before awarding QTC Medical Services Inc. a health readiness services contract worth up to $999 million, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims said.

Incumbent contractor Logistics Health failed to show that the Army didn’t adhere to solicitation requirements when assessing the size of QTC’s network of healthcare providers, Judge Ryan T. Holte said in an opinion released June 11.

The Army rationally decided QTC’s approach to recruiting providers and developing its network met performance work statement requirements, the court said.
