Depending on your device and your email address, options vary. The remaining steps to complete the password reset depend on the option selected.
Device
If a push notification or text message is sent to your device, follow the prompts approve the password reset and then create a new password.
Email
If an email is sent, select the link in the email to approve the password reset and follow the prompts to create a new password.
US Mail
If you select to have a letter sent to the billing address, follow the instructions in the letter to complete the password reset after it arrives.
When creating a new password, note that the password must meet the following requirements:
