iPhone - Authenticating Soundcloud with GarageBand

Recently I started writing some songs for one of my projects and needed to switch the authenticated soundcloud account is GarageBand to the one I wanted to use for the new music.

however, everytime I try logging to soundcloud via garage band I receive an authentication failed message, regardless of the account I use. All the accounts that fail, log in fine using the app directly. I have even tried connecting an account to Facebook and authenticating using that through GarageBand but nothing works.

please assist as I’d rather not have to log on to my MacBook every time just to upload to Soundcloud

I'm having the same problem, it only started today with my IPhone 12... I've tried everything except reinstalling my Garageband app... that might work, except I wouldn't want to lose all my projects. Maybe back them up first, then reinstall the Garageband app & try reconnecting to SoundCloud. Try that

Me too. Really frustrating.

You can export as a WAV to your files, login to your SoundCloud account on a web browser, and upload from there.

Don't delete/reinstall apps as it makes no difference. I tried that on my iPad Pro. I wasted a lot of time checking SoundCloud account limits, changing/updating passwords, reinstalling apps - seems like the share direct to SoundCloud feature is broken if you change password/account.
