Deceitful Company

The boxes are very similar. They lack quality, and they are always late. I signed up for a year subscription and every month I would get a link to prompt me to pick my box. I had no idea that my year was up and I still received the link to pick my box, So thinking it was still within my subscription time I picked my box. Low and behold I got charged $30 for the same box that I have already received in the past but they only give you three or four choices and you had to pick one which I already had all of the other boxes. Highly frustrated, I saw that they charged my credit card and left a corporate number. I have called that number 10 times for it only to be a nonworking number and if you email them with the email that they have listed on their website it is a nonworking email. There is no way to get in touch with customer service. If you choose to go with this subscription company you will have absolutely no customer service and no way to get a refund. Basically how they run. This company is very deceitful.

Highly disappointed

Highly disappointed. Was a very happy customer for a very long time. Loved getting a new tie every month and building up a professional closet to boost my confidence. Then the boxes started getting similar. Then downright identical. I chose to unsubscribe rather than get the same unfortunate items.

Alas, when I tried, the site did not let me know that my attempt apparently failed. It wasn't until next month that I found out due to yet another bill. More than happy to provide their sad response to abyone curious.

Loyal customer for a year, yet still treated as trash to squeeze out that last little bit of money. Sad.

Great accessories at excellent prices!

Great accessories and apparel at a great price! Sprezzabox excels at collecting items in a fine quality at superior prices - and their customer service is great too!
I'm excited about these boxes, and are about to receive my 10th or 11th box in a few days.

Monthly boxes - monthly shipping duration

Monthly boxes can easily take a month to get shipped to you and the customer service doesn't seem too interested when it comes to delays.

With that said, have had great experiences with customer service prior to this, when I had some non-essential item missing.

The boxes themselves are nice and seems to be decent value. This month you had to select a box, which is fine, but personally ruins much of the allure of monthly subscription boxes when the element of surprise is gone.

Wouldn’t refund fraudulent charges

I signed up for a 3 month gift subscription and then cancelled. I noticed my credit card was still being charged. I emailed back and forth with a customer service rep 10x only to be notified that someone else was using my credit card and since it didn’t match my name they wouldn’t refund. I said I own the credit card being charged and I do not authorize these charges/haven’t received the product for 3 months and you aren’t going to refund me? Correct. Terrible customer service. If I could upload a picture of the email thread I would...

Every month I get to pick any box I want from any of the 6+ options they give me. I've been very happy with their monthly selections. They have also done some collaborations with some other companies like Esquire.

Items your dad wouldn’t even wear

These guys clearly jumped on the box subscription trend but didn’t spend the time finding a buyer who cares about the products. Month after month, I was surprised at how ridiculously bad the items were - it was as if they were selected for your grandfather. Ties so wide you’d think it was 1985... pocket squares so garish you couldn’t wear them ever... I use none of it. Ugly, bad products.

This is a great box subscription

This is a great box subscription! I had it for several months and was always happy with the choices. I wish they had an option for bi-monthly or quarterly subscriptions, I like what they have but don't need new socks and ties every single month. I would definitely subscribe again!

Terrible service

Terrible service, not only did I have to pay 2 times for 1 box. I still had to pay to receive the box. I thought to myself you know what, I will pay and go on with it. I then receive 2 duplicate boxes which I didn’t choose. And when I contact them (Which is Michael) he tells me “we no longer have that box, but here, choose any one of these” I payed money for that box, and I didn’t even get any of the items I wanted. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT you will get scammed and the service is so terrible.

Terrible service. I highly encourage staying away!

Terrible service! I’ve been charged 3 times with nothing delivered at all. Been requesting for a refund but to no avail. It’s been 4 months since the first order already, and still nothing. Seems like they’ve simply just taken my money :@
