T-Mobile Updates Its Netflix Prices After Latest Subscription Increase

Netflix’s latest price increase has finally made its way to T-Mobile customers. Next month, T-Mobile’s Netflix on Us users will see their bills increase as a result of Netflix’s October price hike, which raised the Standard plan from $13 to $14 per month, and the Premium plan from $16 to $18 per month. The T-Mobile Netflix update is expected to roll out following January 15, so customers have exactly one month to adjust their finances accordingly.

Given the sudden nature of the T-Mobile Netflix update, customers probably have plenty of questions. Well, that’s where we come in. Consider this your guide to all things T-Mobile Netflix on Us!

TMOBILE NETFLIX UPDATE: ARE PRICES INCREASING?

Unfortunately, yes. In late October, Netflix announced that its Standard and Premium plans would be increasing by $1 and $2 per month, respectively (the Basic plan, at $9/month will be staying the same price). As a result, T-Mobile will be passing on the increase to customers with Netflix Standard or Premium plans, which means that certain customers will see their bills increase in the weeks ahead.

To be eligible for T-Mobile’s Netflix on Us, customers must have two or more lines and either a Magenta or Magenta Plus mobile plan. For new customers, the T-Mobile ONE plan listed above has been retired and replaced with the Magenta plan.

Once you’ve established that you’re on the correct plan, go to My T-Mobile or the T-Mobile app and click “Manage Add Ons,” then “Manage Netflix.” From there, you can either sign in with an existing Netflix log-in or create a new account, and you should be good to go!
