Funeral services for Tara A. Lesher Garnett will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday May, 21, 2008 in the First United Pentecostal Church in Leesville with the Rev's M.C. Green and John Burns officiating. Burial will follow in the Leesville Cemetery.
Ms. Garnett was a 1996 graduate of Leesville High School. She was a resident of Houston, Texas for 12 years. She loved to cook and was a loving mother to her children. She dearly loved her daughter and sister.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Mack Lesher and Grandfather J.T. Arnold.
She is survived by: Son - Ashton Garnett of Katy, Texas; Daughter - Kristen Marcus of Dallas, Texas; Brother - Chris Lesher of Dallas, Texas; Sister - Jonelle Lesher of Long Beach, California; Mother - Charlotte Lesher of Leesville, Louisiana; Grandparents - Ella Faye Arnold of Leesville, La., Everett and Dorothy Lesher of West Virginia, and Ted Chalk of Shephard, Texas
Visitation will be held from 4-10 p.m. Tuesday, and from 8a.m. util service time Wednesday in the church.
