Customer service was great in helping me customize my order to my benefit. This allowed an easy process and I am very happy with the experience. I'm excited to see how the products turn out when they arrive.

Laine was AWESOME

Laine was AWESOME! She totally walked me to this whole process, I am horrible at using the computer and any of the design "things" i tried and made a complete mess. Within 5 minutes or so she had me all set up and ready to go. Thanks so much Lanie

Pinellas County HIPPY experience...

HIPPY has been using your products for a couple of years now. But I must admit every time I submit an order for the program its always a easy experience. My questions are always answered. Even if we have to adjust our order Fe is always very helpful in making sure we get what we need. On top of of that the items always come in wonderful amount of time. BAIT AND SWITCH. Cheap awards, but $79 per award for engraving?

I was really excited to find some awards for an upcoming event on clearance for $11 and $23.
But all was not as it seemed!
This was a bait-and-switch because they told me it was $79 per award to engrave them. They took it down to $40 per award, but I have 200 awards, so $8,000 for engraving wasn't going to work—especially since the cost for all the awards was $4,600!

BEST Chat Experience Ever!

Josephine was the individual who worked with me, and I have to say that she was the BEST chat consultant I have ever had. Instructions were easy, quick and easy to follow. Sometimes, technology can be confusing, if not intimidating and frustrating, but Josephine added a very human, warn touch to our conversation. She is excellent!

Creating the perfect client pint glass

I was having issues making and reviewing changes on the website, so I initiated a chat. I was connected to Lanie and she was able to assist me with my artwork and logo info for a front and back of the item. She made the whole process so effortless! Lanie was extremely helpful and efficient in helping our organization, Calvary Chapel Miami maximize the discounts for the promotional products for Threads of Grace we were interested in purchasing. She made the entire process run as smoothly as possible from honoring the tax exempt certificate, to uploading the artwork, to verifying the shipping date was in line with our organization's deadline for receiving the items.
