Here's how you can change your registered mobile number in HDFC net banking

  • Login to the internet banking site of HDFC bank with your Customer ID and password
  • Once you enter the login credentials, you will be able to see your HDFC net banking page
  • Now you need to click on update Email ID and Landline number
  • Type your current and your registered mobile number. Edit the number which you desire to change. For assurance, enter the number once again
  • After verifying the details, you will receive an OTP in your registered phone number. Enter the OTP and click confirm
  • Your new mobile number will be updated in 24 hours without even visiting the bank branch.

At times, you may feel you have disclosed your net banking password to someone and you may want to change it as he/she may misuse it or you may also have forgotten your net banking password. You can even change your net banking password just by one click and you don't need to visit any branch in that case.

Follow these simple steps to change HDFC net banking password

  • Login to your HDFC bank account website and enter the customer ID
  • You can either send an OTP (One Time Password) to your registered mobile number and provide details like expiry date and ATM pin of your debit card
  • You can also Opt for an OTP to be sent to your number and email id registered with the bank
  • After following either method, you can instantly reset your password after the authentication
  • Now, you can easily log in to your account after setting the new Ipin
