This wikiHow teaches you how to sign up for a new Flipboard account, and subscribe to some interesting topics, using Android. You can use your email address or a social media account to create a new Flipboard account.
Steps

Open the Flipboard app on your Android. The Flipboard icon looks like a white "F" in a red square icon on the Apps menu.

Tap Get Started. This is a red button at the bottom of your screen. It will open the sign-up page, and list your different registration options.

Select your sign-up method. Your options include Email, Google, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Select Email if you want to sign up with your email address. This will ask you to enter your email on a new page, and create an account password.
- Select Facebook or Twitter if you want to sign up with your social media account. You will be re-directed to the Facebook or Twitter app, and asked to confirm your action on a new page.
- Select Google if you want to sign up with your Google account. This will list all your available Google accounts on a new page.

Select some subscription topics for your new account. Find some interesting topics under the WHAT'S YOUR PASSION heading, and tap the ones you want to receive news from.

Tap the red SAVE button. This button is located at the bottom of your screen. This will save your selected subscriptions.
- If you want to edit your subscriptions, tap Add another on the bottom-right. This will allow you to add or remove subscription topics.
