Awful Customer Service
"I had been a dedicated customer for many years, but will never again spend another dollar to support this company. An expensive game was purchased in error, refund requested within 3 minutes, never saw or activated the code, and was quickly denied assistance by their "support" team. I will now be supporting their competitors who are willing to do the right thing."

Buyer be aware of stubborn refund policies.
"Purchased a game that had a technical requirement not mentioned on the page before purchase.
GMG support push that I should just upgrade my computer to make up for their misstep. They suggest all games will have this requirement in the future, when less than 5 have it now. Even going so far as to suggest games that don't have it, do, so as to justify their refusal to accept responsibility.
The publisher admits its an issue worth a refund. The developer has said they won't be addressing it.
But GMG, the reseller, has put it back on me, the consumer as the one who has to bear the cost of a product that is unusable due to an unpublished requirement.
Have been a customer suggesting GMG for years, but hopefully this review can steer others away from making an error in judgement buying from GMG."

"Since more than a year can't make purchase from Turkiye. Thats spoken in all gaming forums. Support always says product not available atm. Yesterday I tried 30 products 1 by 1, all rejected. Wrote to support, answer was same"the product not available atm". And I wrote that I tried 30 products 1 by 1. My support ticket in zendesk is closed without answer and rated as "good, Im satisfied" xD how they do that I dont know but this company is clearly scam"

Scam Refund Key Shop
"I bought a key at this store, because of the false description and my false researches.
It was a key for a game I already had.
I immediatly contacted the support, and even showed my Steam Profile.
But they refused to refund me, because it was already disclosed by "email."
So they sent me the email with the key, after the purchase, and tell me, they cant refund me. WTF???
I recommend any other serious store, who refund you unclaimed keys.
But here you get scamed"

Bad site, cant buy anything and support **** (Probably bots)
"Terrible site, been trying to buy ANYTHING at all past few months, used to get "a game in your cart isnt available in your country" (for ANY game I tried), and after getting past that now I get "Your payment provider has declined the payment", called my bank and such and they all tell me its an issue on GMG's side, Spoke to support and got a basic "F* you, the site isnt working and we wont do S**t""

They just don't care
"After using them for years, they sold me a key that I couldn't use. We emailed back and forth and they made it clear from the beginning that they just don't care. They lost me as a customer over $20 and I had to repurchase the game elsewhere. Nothing was offered. Terrible company"

Their past reputation was positive, however, their current performance is lacking
"Despite having a positive past experience with Green Man Gaming, like many others who were dissatisfied with their Resident Evil 4 remake purchase, I am extremely disappointed with their recent service.
The lack of communication during the delays was frustrating, but my biggest issue was the complete disregard of my refund request, which was made 12 hours prior and marked as resolved with the excuse that the game key had already been sent.
As a result, I have lost faith in their ability to meet my expectations, and I am now requesting a professional and timely refund. As compensation, they offer a 2% or 5% discount, which is laughable. If you want a much better experience, I strongly suggest you try CD Keys or Instant Gaming."

"Bought a discounted game. Was lured in by a good price. THEN found out I had to "activate" it through Ubisoft, using an "activation key". Well, there's no key, and even when I get to Ubisoft (or a site that GMG links to what they say is Ubisoft, the page stays up for about one second and then flashes over to an ad. Pure scam. Take heed."

"I trusted this website with my 5 dollars to play highschool dreams because i watch people on youtube play it and wanted to play it so bad!!!! This idiot website never let me play it or download it. It said I can’t redeem the game because of some ad blocker BUT I HAD NO AD BLOCKER! I regret ever buying and wasting my money. I want a refund immediately!!!"
