Poor customer service, not what it used to be
I have been a devoted Teamer user and team admin for the past 5-6 years. Having used both Teamer and its Payment features, its website and apps are ok, but never really smooth. It is improving though.
Every time I have had issues in the past, the support team has always been very helpful and responsive. However, I recently migrated my teams to the "club" format, and since then I am no longer able to collect the club membership fees. The support team has been hopeless ... always mentioning that they will come back to me with an update, and never did. However, they are good at sending me marketing emails saying that I can collect fees (NOT).
I have now been waiting over 3 weeks to get that problem sorted. They clearly don't want my money. Not impressed at all by their customer service!!!
