Great product gone bad

A great product that is now being horribly under resourced. Website regularly fails to respond, sometimes with cloudflare timeouts. Either put another few server instances behind it or just close it down and we'll go find something else to organise our teams.

I echo what Nicolas Proton has said

I echo what Nicolas Proton has said. I took over the administration of our Teamer club in late 2017 and 2017/2018 the help was fantastic. However over the last year the response from the the teamer help team has ranged from non-existent to poor.

We have just been forced to purchase a text bundle and when adding events the SMS numbers are decreasing whether or not you choose to send SMS to those members that want it.

In addition despite the promise of going PRO removing adverts, that hasn't happened.

Support have been emailed up to 4 times and we've had no response other than the automated zendesk ticket number.

Definitely not what it was, however it still makes organising events easier.

Lousy customer service - simple question

As per other reviews, the support is currently terrible, I am being ignored. Simple stuff like I am in two teams but two accounts - one by mobile and one by email and I wish to merge, it cant be done by me, and support is not replying.
Whats the best competition we should all switch to?

Teamer - communication of team member availability

Teamer has helped our team organise and guarantee who will turn up before the game, taking away the uncertainty of how team members will be available. It's a reliable app which has worked well with all members of our team, regardless of age or aptitude for tech.

Teamer has made the whole operation of running a Sunday league football team so much easier. From sending invitations for matches and training to collecting fees this app allows me to run the team using just one easy to use app.

Great Product Simple to Use

My club has been using Teamer for a few years now, can't speak highly enough of it. Simple to use and easy to understand. Mobile apps are excellent (I've changed device so have had Android and iPhone - Prefer Teamer on Android)

Poor customer service, not what it used to be

I have been a devoted Teamer user and team admin for the past 5-6 years. Having used both Teamer and its Payment features, its website and apps are ok, but never really smooth. It is improving though.
Every time I have had issues in the past, the support team has always been very helpful and responsive. However, I recently migrated my teams to the "club" format, and since then I am no longer able to collect the club membership fees. The support team has been hopeless ... always mentioning that they will come back to me with an update, and never did. However, they are good at sending me marketing emails saying that I can collect fees (NOT).
I have now been waiting over 3 weeks to get that problem sorted. They clearly don't want my money. Not impressed at all by their customer service!!!

Sunday league football

Setting up a profile is easy. The app enables you to organise and plan activities effectively. It also to helps to keep you up to date with latest info.
