Search and follow the treasure map signpost in Paradise Palms – Fortnite challenge guide

The challenges for week 8 of Fortnite season 8 are here, and they’re heavy on searching. While most of them only require one step, one challenge has a couple of parts to it. The first step sends players to search the treasure map signpost in Paradise Palms, and the second has them look for the X that’s on that treasure map and find the Battle Star there.

Just like the challenge says, you can find the first part in Paradise Palms.

The second part is a little more complicated. Once you find the treasure map, it will have a picture of Frosty Flights on it. That’s where you’ll need to head for step two. Here’s a map of where to find both steps.

It isn’t possible to complete both parts of this in the same game. Instead, the quickest way to complete this challenge is to land in Paradise Palms, find this sign, search it, and play out the rest of the game from there. The sign is in the alley behind the car dealership.

Once you search the map, show an image of Frosty Flights with a red X at one side. That’s where the star is.

In your next game, glide toward Frosty Flights, land at the end of the runway, and collect the Battle Star to complete the challenge.
