Trying to cancel marvel unlimited.

Hey you lot, I'm trying to cancel marvel unlimited and I'm having some issues. It says 'enter your password' on the cancel subscription bit, I enter the password I think it is, says its wrong, tried all the different passwords I can think of, none of them. Tried to reset my password, I have it done to log in with my facebook, but apparently my facebook email is invalid. Tried all the emails I can think of, apparently none of them are valid either. Not sure what to do, any advice?

Considering getting this (I have a 12.9 inch iPad Pro on the way). Is it even worth it? Haven't read comics in about 7 years.

It was fun getting caught up but the organization is just as messy as reading big event trades. You will get lost, you will find things missing, you will give up and move to a different book.

A while back they changed their password policy to force updates to ridiculously strong passwords. You might have missed that notice and your password became invalid?

I hadn't read comics since the late 90s and have been using the app to catch up. Probably read about $3,000 worth of individual comics on my ipad for like $210 over 3 years.

It has LOTS of bugs, the organization has major issues (I use this guide: http://www.comicbookherald.com/the-complete-marvel-reading-order-guide/) and the support seems like a mess. Seems to work best on ipads. But can still be a great deal depending on what you want it for.

Thanks. I'll definitely consider it - seems like great value for money.

Damn, I had the exact same problem! And now I can't remember if I managed to actually cancel my membership with them. I'll see if I can find out how I did it.

I think they purposefully made this part shitty i had to cancel my subscription 5 times because it wouldnt save. Id cancel and it gives me a confirmation but when i went back it was set on auto renewal.

Gotta check again in case they fuck me over

Don't worry, I'll vouch for them.
Contacted them a couple of times, still got charged today >.<

Did you ever call them?

Almost every time I try to log in to the Marvel website, I get it wrong and have to reset my password, super annoying, wish they would ulimited has a whole better, but that probably won't happen until DC introduces their own version in 20 years

Ran into a similar problem earlier this month OP. Went to cancel and they asked for a password I didn't have because I had signed up via google. What I did was go through the password recovery password option. They sent a temporary password to my gmail, I used that to get in, change to a new password, then used that password to cancel.

It's bullshit, but it worked.

EDIT: dammit. I should really read all of an OP before respond
