can you play other online mod ? myteam,online quick match ? because same problem i have and i cant play all online mods ...

Same Here , i forgot to authorize my account in time . so it got deleted and now i cant create a new one

I have the same problem here.. :/ it tells me that my username has to be between 3 and 16 characters and it will not allow me to create a new one because I forgot to athorize it. :/

You didnt verify the email 2k sent you in time...so you have to go to nba2k15.com and login there..then go back and find the email they sent you and verity..that will fix it..you have to do it in that order tho,

you haven't verify your acconut

there are other treads about this. has nothing to do with unverified emails- just 2k ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

did all this, problem stays the same

i begin to believe that the problem occurs because other than said by 2k, the accounts for 14 and 15 are not the same. i checked by 2k-email-history and for 12,14 and 15 i have 3 different usernames under the same email address. i had the problem last year already, when 22 said my username is taken and i need to make a new one. shortly after the release. and now, now of those are working. again after a couple of days after the release

EDIT:
when i log in to the account using the email addres i am shown a different account to when i log in with the original username. so there at least have 2 accounts on file. plus the weird long attachment on a third one

btw. sometime i get only "y" or "j" no matter which letter i enter when trying to enter my email address ingame

also weird: since when am i addressed with my steam username in the 2k15 emails ? the last years they always addressed to me with the myplayer-account username...

Go to https://www.nba2k.com . Then click forgot password... Then open your e-mail box ant open link where you find your new password and login in https://www.nba2k.com/. Problem is solved

i solved with this solution, when you log in with new pass, open the game and it solves, thanks to SIMAS 1007
