              Mortgage was sold to another lender. Gave me 5 day notice. I already made Aprils mortgage payment. NFM demanded I provide proof of payment before they would return my money. I IMMEDIATELY provided proof. They then forwarded MY money to the new lender. I had already made that payment. I want NFM to return my mortgage payment in the full amount back to me.

              Orlando branch in Florida, even after closing, they continue to ask for more documents confirming payments on accounts and loans that are already closed and paid in full. When we submit documentation, it is never enough. The staff lied and said we did not respond to a communication when we have emails showing the confirmation of the received emails from the staff. They then sent a letter from a paralegal saying we had not responded. The staff literally said she had that sent because she "did not want to get in trouble". If you deal with this lender, your whole life could be under a microscope forever. You will be pulling documentation well after closing. Terrible, would have not bought this house knowing what was in store due to this lender.
