When the wrench symbol light up on the dashboard, what is wrong with the vehicle

I bought the vehicle in late July and this wrench symbol just appeared on the dashboard. I'm not sure what this indicates.

it means that it's time to change your oil.once you change the oil reset the light ,then when it comes back on again,then it's time to change your oil again.all the warning symbols are listed in your owners manual with what each symbol means. your owners manual is your best friend!
