Kohl’s has long been the go-to destination for savvy shoppers in search of discounts and deals. Recently, Kohl’s has simplified their loyalty program to make earning those discounts and deals even easier. Current loyalty members will be glad to know that they are not losing any of the benefits they loved. Instead, the new Kohl’s Rewards program is more in sync with earning Kohl’s Cash.

How does Kohl’s Rewards work?

Kohl’s Rewards is Kohl’s new loyalty program. The program is free and allows customers to earn 5% Kohl’s Rewards back on every purchase, from in-store, online or with the Kohl’s App. Kohl’s will also offer members personalized deals throughout the year as well as a birthday gift.

Whenever a member earns $5, the rewards are automatically converted to Kohl’s Cash coupons on the first day of the next month. The coupons are valid for 30 days, so you’ll have the whole next month to use your $5 discount.

How do you earn Kohl’s Rewards?

Kohl’s rewards are earned on every purchase, in-store, online or with the Kohl’s app. Once you sign up for the program, you will immediately start earning rewards. Members earn 5% Kohl’s Rewards on every purchase. This translates to $5 for every $100 you spend. There are no blackout dates or exclusions. Also, you will earn rewards no matter how much you spend (or how little) and no matter how you pay for it.

Regular Kohl’s shoppers will be happy to know they will still earn an additional $10 in Kohl’s Cash for every $50 they spend during a Kohl’s Cash earning period.

When will I receive my Kohl’s Rewards?

Your spending is added to your Kohl’s Rewards balance within 48 hours after your purchase.

How do you redeem Kohl’s Rewards?

Once you earn enough, your Kohl’s Rewards are automatically converted to $5 Kohl’s Cash coupons. These coupons are issued on the first day of the following month and are valid for 30 days. Kohl’s Cash can be used on almost any purchase, in stores, online or with the Kohl’s app. There are no brand exclusions, and Kohl’s Cash can be used with other coupons and deals. Kohl’s Cash can’t be used on charitable items or on Gift Cards.

How do you find your Kohl’s Rewards balance?

Rolled out with the new program, your Kohl’s Rewards balance will be printed on your shopping receipts and Kohl’s will send you reminders when you have Kohl’s Cash coupons to spend. You can also check your balance by logging in to your account on kohls.com or in the Kohl’s app.

What is the difference between Kohl’s Rewards and Kohl’s Cash?

Kohl’s Rewards is the Kohl’s loyalty program. The program allows members to earn rewards on their purchases at Kohl’s. Kohl’s Rewards are redeemable in the form of Kohl’s Cash coupons. You can spend Kohl’s Cash on any purchase in stores, online or with the Kohl’s app. A $5 Kohl’s Cash coupon can be used to buy something for under $5, or to take $5 off a more expensive item.

What if I was already a Kohl’s loyalty program member?

Kohl’s previous loyalty program, Yes2You, was very popular. Its 30 million members will automatically be transferred to the new Kohl’s Rewards program. The Yes2You program earned rewards in points. The new program earns 5% rewards back from every purchase. The rewards are issued in $5 Kohl’s Cash coupons.
