It started great, then I quit it, clothes small or threads loose. and they enticed me into getting back by promising rewards in my boxes but they never send the rewards and they did this to me twice, the second time I ordered the box just to get the reward and they didn't send it even after communicating with them before they sent the box. I would never buy them again, because now i know they buy unwanted clothing and sell them cheap. The worst part is that i tried to communicate with them on this topic and they kept AI answering me, they tried to dupe me into another reward on the last email "We also see that you’ve earned a reward! Let us know if you'd like to apply it to your next package, bringing even more style to your life."

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with ThreadBeast. Over the last two months, I’ve received boxes filled with off-brand, poor-quality merchandise that in no way reflects the price of the subscription. I reached out to their customer service multiple times and received no response. When I followed up with a phone call to the number listed online, I spoke to a polite representative who informed me I could not cancel my membership without first paying for another month—despite my dissatisfaction.

This kind of service is unacceptable. Ignoring customer concerns and forcing additional charges is not how a reputable company should operate. The quality of the merchandise does not justify the cost, and overall, I feel taken advantage of. I strongly do not recommend doing business with ThreadBeast. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I called to cancel out my account with a representative named Jacob. I explained my financial situation and explained that I need to cancel the account for now. They just tried to bill my card again for $160. Who do these scam artists think they are?

They sent me a hoodie in Florida, and we’re about to go into the month of May. They must pay no attention to seasonal stuff even though I selected an option to explicitly not send me out of season items. i saw what they planned on sending me and I couldn’t opt out of any of the choices, and I couldn’t even cancel my purchase. They might as well have said you’re taking this and you’re gonna like it. It wouldn’t even be so bad if it wasn’t for the fact that the hoodie they sent me is EXTREMELY oversized. My girlfriend and I could both fit in it at the same time if we wanted. I feel like I’ve been scammed. I paid 60$ essentially for a pair of socks and a shirt that I don’t even like. And have fun if you ever plan on canceling the subscription that’s a hassle itself. Do yourself a favor and shop for your own clothes this company is horrible.

I really liked the clothes my stylist chose. It met all my wants and needs that you list in your style profile. Great quality and an all around great experience with Threadbeast. I would highly recommend them.

They gave me a great box with the clothes style that I like. I think with the next few they will continue to expand my wardrobe the way I want as the seasons are changing and get deeper into the image I want to portray. I’m not sure if they did it on purpose but they also gave me a lot of my favorite color so I can actually use this first box to mix with a lot of clothes I already have.

Wish I could post a picture to show the low quality they send. Had a hoodie clearly ripped right down the middle and NOTHING fit. Send an email and got an automated email just saying I can cancel if I want. Complete waste of money! First box was GREAT, but second was horrible. If you like to gamble, go ahead and try it out! But if you don’t like it, it doesn’t appear anyone will help.

The items where great. I got the subscription for my son. He loved everything. It was a mixture of items. Items are great quality. But, the jeans he received came out defective. The zipper broke immediately. They are great quality and comfortable. Too bad the zipper was defective.

The quality of the clothes are a 10 out of 10! The style is on point and the price is pretty great. I’ve been questionable on like two items as far as size and the overall look but buying on line your going to experience that. Thread Beast is the real deal!
